| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Industri pengolahan merupakan sektor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap pembentukan PDRB Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pertumbuhan industri pengolahan untuk tiga tahun terakhir menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan positif. Dengan pentingnya peran industri pengolahan terhadap pembentukan PDRB Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan tren pertumbuhan industri pengolahan yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tenaga kerja, jumlah unit usaha, PMDN, PMA, dan panjang jalan terhadap pertumbuhan industri pengolahan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan meramal tren pertumbuhan industri pengolahan dalam lima tahun kedepan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari tahun 1990-2019 Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tenaga kerja, jumlah unit usaha, PMDN, PMA, dan panjang jalan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan industri pengolahan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 2) tenaga kerja, jumlah unit usaha, PMDN, dan PMA secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan industri pengolahan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 3) panjang jalan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan industri pengolahan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, 4) tren pertumbuhan industri pengolahan dalam lima tahun kedepan menunjukkan tren pertumbuhan positif. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Manufacturing industry is the sector that contributes the most to the formation of PDRB of Central Java Province. The growth of the processing industry for the last three years shows a positive growth trend. With the importance of the role of the manufacturing industry towards the establishment of PDRB central java province and the positive growth trend of the processing industry. This research aims to analyze the influence of labor, the number of business units, PMDN, PMA, and the length of the road to the growth of the processing industry in Central Java Province and predict the growth trends of the manufacturing industry in the next five years. The study used a quantitative descriptive statistical analysis model. The data used in this study is secondary data from 1990-2019 Central Java Province. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS 16. The results showed that: 1) labor, number of business units, PMDN, PMA, and road length together had a significant effect on the growth of the manufacturing industry in Central Java Province, 2) labor, the number of business units, PMDN, and PMA partially had no effect on the growth of the manufacturing industry in Central Java Province, 3) the length of the road partially had a positive and significant effect on the growth of the manufacturing industry in Central Java Province , 4) the growth trend of the manufacturing industry in the next five years shows a positive growth trend.
