| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | UKM merupakan bagian penting dalam lajunya perekonomian suatu daerah atau negara. Karena UMKM dapat membantu negara dalam hal penciptaan lapangan kerja, sehingga juga dapat menunjang pendapatan rumah tangga. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, UKM dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan beberapa faktor seperti kepercayaan, integrasi pemasok, teknologi, dan kolaborasi rantai pasokan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara kepercayaan, integrasi pemasok, teknologi, dan kolaborasi rantai pasok terhadap kinerja operasional perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM industri kuliner di Purwokerto Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode Slovin. Dengan demikian, sampel penelitian ini adalah 53 pelaku UMKM industri kuliner di Purwokerto Utara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda Hasil menunjukkan beberapa kesimpulan. Pertama, kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja operasional. Kedua, integrasi pemasok memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional. Ketiga, teknologi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan juga positif terhadap kinerja operasional. Keempat, kolaborasi rantai pasok berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja operasional. Kelima, dari semua variabel bebas yaitu kepercayaan, integrasi pemasok, teknologi, kolaborasi rantai pasok, yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja operasional UKM restoran di Purwokerto Utara adalah integrasi pemasok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas maka peneliti memberikan beberapa implikasi bahwa UMKM di Purwokerto Utara perlu memperhatikan praktek rantai pasok dengan memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat akan suatu trend produk, meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas usahanya. sumber daya manusia, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara efektif dan efisien serta meningkatkan kemampuan dan keberanian berinovasi terkait dengan pengembangan produk untuk memenangkan persaingan bisnis. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | SMEs are the important part in the pace of the economy of a region or country. Because SMEs can help the state in terms of job creation, so it can also support household income. To improve competitiveness, SMEs are required to to improve its performance with several factors such as trust, supplier integration, technology, and supply chain collaboration. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to analyze the influence between trust, supplier integration, technology, and supply chain collaboration on firms’ operational performance The population in this study were SMEs in culinary industries in North Purwokerto. The sampling technique used is Slovin method. Thus, the sample of this study was 53 SMEs in culinary industries in North Purwokerto. The data analysis technique used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis The result showseveral conclusions. First, trust has a significant and positive influence on operational performance. Second, supplier integration has a significant influence on operational performance. Third, technology has a significant and also positive influence on operational performance. Fourth, supply chain collaboration has a significant and positive effect on operational performance. Fifth, among all the independent variables including trust, supplier integration, technology, supply chain collaboration, the most influenced which affect operational performance of SMEs restaurants in North Purwokerto is supplier integration. According to the results of the research described above, the researcher provides several implications the of SME in North Purwokerto needs to pay attention on supply chain practices by understand the needs and desires of the community for a product trend, improve the capacity and quality of its human resources, utilizing information technology effectively and efficiently and improve ability and courage to innovate related to the product development to win the business competition. |
