| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Komoditas tanaman hortikultura di Indonesia memiliki beragam jenis dan dapat dibagi menjadi empat kelompok besar, yaitu tanaman buah-buahan, tanaman sayuran, tanaman biofarmaka dan tanaman hias. Tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki peranan penting bagi kehidupan sehari-hari manusia adalah sayur-sayuran karena merupakan sumber gizi dan pemenuhan berbagai kebutuhan keluarga. Selain itu tanaman sayuran merupakan jenis komoditas yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi. Salah satu sayuran yang dijadikan sebagai sumber pendapatan adalah jamur. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung biaya dan pendapatan usahatani jamur tiram, serta menganalisis kelayakan usahatani jamur tiram di UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih Desa Ciberem, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, pada bulan Oktober tahun 2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus di Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih. Studi kasus merupakan suatu metode untuk mendapatkan keterangan yang jelas dan baik, secara menyeluruh dan mendalam dari masalah yang diteliti dalam suatu usaha tertentu. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan pencatatan data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C rasio, dan break even point. Usahatani jamur tiram putih di UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih mengeluarkan biaya mencapai Rp 34.682.222,22 penerimaan sebesar Rp 48.601.000,00 dan pendapatan yang diterima sebesar Rp 13.918.777,78 pada musim tanam Juni - September 2020 dengan skala produksi 22.500 baglog. Analisis R/C Ratio Usahatani jamur tiram putih di UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih didapat nilai R/C Rasio sebesar 1,40 . Bedasarkan analisis R/C Ratio dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa usahatani tersebut layak untuk di jalankan dengan nilai R/C Rasio lebih dari satu. Analisis BEP (Break Even Poin) usahatani jamur tiram putih didapat nilai BEP harga 7.299,98 Rp/kg, BEP produksi 1.000,86 kg dan BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp. 10.035.737,00. |

Inggris) | There are various types of horticultural crops in Indonesia and can be divided into four major groups, namely fruit plants, vegetable crops, medicinal plants and decorative plants. Horticultural plants that have an important role for human daily life are vegetables because they are a source of nutrition and fulfill various family needs. In addition, vegetables are a type of commodity that has high economic value. One of the vegetables that is used as a source of income is mushrooms. The purpose of this study was to calculate the cost and income of oyster mushroom farming, as well as to analyze the feasibility of white oyster mushroom farming in UMKM Deni Arobisnis Jamur Tiram Putih. This research was conducted in UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih, Ciberem Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, in October 2020. The research method used in this research is a case study in UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih. A case study is a method to get a clear and good information, thoroughly and in-depth, of the problem being studied in a particular business. The method of data collection is done by interview, observation and data recording. The data analysis that was used is analysis of costs, revenues, income, R/C ratio, and break even points. Farming business of white oyster mushrooms in UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih costs IDR 34,682,222.22, revenues of IDR 48,601,000.00 and income received is IDR 13,918,777.78 in the period of June - September 2020 with a production scale of 22,500 baglog. Analysis R/C Ratio of white oyster mushroom farming business in UMKM Deni Agro Bisnis Jamur Tiram Putih obtained R/C Ratio value of 1.40. Based on the R/C ratio analysis, it can be concluded that the farm is feasible to run with R/C ratio of more than one. Analysis BEP (Break Even Points) of white oyster mushroom, obtained the BEP price of Rp. 7,299.98 Rp / kg, BEP production of 1,000.86 kg, and BEP revenue of Rp. 10.035.737.00. |
