| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH LEVEL KUNING TELUR PADA PENGENCER SUSU SKIM DAN LAMA PENYIMPANAN PADA 5°C TERHADAP MOTILITAS DAN ABNORMALITAS SPERMATOZOA AYAM KAMPUNG (THE EFFECT OF EGG YOLK LEVELS IN SKIM MILK DILUENTS AND STORAGE TIME AT 5°C ON THE MOTILITY AND ABNORMALITY OF KAMPUNG ROOSTER SPERMATOZOA) |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penambahan kuning telur pada pengencer susu skim dapat mempertahankan motilitas dan menekan angka abnormalitas spermatozoa ayam kampung pada penyimpanan 5°C. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi penambahan level kuning telur pada pengencer susu skim dan lama penyimpanan pada suhu 5°C untuk menjaga motilitas dan menekan angka abnormalitas pada spermatozoa ayam kampung. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial. Hasil Analisis Variansi menunjukkan faktor P (Penambahan level kuning telur pada pengencer susu skim), faktor W (Lama penyimpanan pada suhu 5°C), dan interaksi antara faktor P dan Faktor W berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap motilitas dan abnormalitas spermatozoa. Hasil Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) motilitas menunjukkan bahwa interaksi P1W0 (90,00 ± 0,00%ab) dan P2W0 (87,00 ± 1,41%ab) tidak berbeda nyata dengan P0W0 (93,00 ± 0,81%a) (kontrol). Interaksi P1W3 (31,67 ± 2,36%g) tidak berbeda nyata dengan P2W3 (40,00 ± 4,08%g). Interaksi P0W3 (20,00 ± 0,00%h) berbeda nyata dengan semua interaksi. Hasil Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) abnormalitas menunjukkan bahwa interaksi P1W0 (8,17 ± 0,76%ab) dan P2W0 (9,33 ± 0,29%ab) tidak berbeda nyata dengan P0W0 (7,50 ± 0,50%a) (kontrol). Interaksi P1W0 (8,17 ± 0,76%ab) tidak berbeda nyata dengan P2W0 (9,33 ± 0,29%ab), P1W1 (13,67 ± 1,61%bc), dan P2W1 (14,67 ± 0,76%bc). Interaksi P0W3 (28,50 ± 1,80%h) berbeda nyata dengan semua interaksi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu bahwa terdapat interaksi antara faktor penambahan level kuning telur pada pengencer susu skim (P) dan lama penyimpanan pada suhu 5°C (W) terhadap motilitas dan abnormalitas spermatozoa ayam kampung. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The addition of egg yolk on skim milk diluent can maintain motility and reduce the number abnormalitiy of Kampung rooster spermatozoa at 5°C storage. This study aims to determine the interaction of increasing egg yolk levels in skim milk diluent and storage time at 5 ° C to maintain motility and reduce abnormalities in native chicken spermatozoa. The analysis of variance showed that the P factor (increase in egg yolk level in skim milk diluent), W factor (storage time at 5°C), and the interaction between P factor and W factor had a very significant effect (p<0.01) on motility and abnormality spermatozoa. The results of the Honest Significant Difference Test (HSD) of motility showed that the interaction of P1W0 (90.00 ± 0.00%ab) and P2W0 (87.00 ± 1.41%ab) was not significantly different from P0W0 (93.00 ± 0.81%a) (control).
