| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pembangunan di sektor pertanian selalu dikembangkan agar tercapainya kesejahteraan bagi para petani, salah satu upaya yaitu dengan melakukan pertanian secara hidroponik. Usahatani melon secara hidroponik di Agrowisata Amanah dilakukan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan perusahaan. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan, mengetahui kelayakan usahatani, menghitung Break Even Point (BEP), dan mengidentifikasi usahatani melon hidroponik sistem irigasi tetes menggunakan identifikasi SWOT pada Agrowisata Amanah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus bertempat di Agrowisata Amanah Surakarta selama satu musim tanam (3 bulan) periode Januari sampai Maret 2020. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan pencatatan data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, R/C rasio, break even point, dan identifikasi SWOT. Hasil penelitian diperoleh total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp18.558.283,00 dan total pendapatan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 27.474.217,00. Usahatanai melon hidroponik sistem irigasi tetes yang diusahakan pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2020 di agrowisata Amanah layak untuk diusahakan. Nilai BEP hasil produksi sebesar 150,75 kg, BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp2.450.448,93 dan BEP harga jual sebesar Rp10.078,90. Identifikasi SWOT usahatani melon hidroponik sistem irigasi tetes sebagai berikut: Strengths (kekuatan) buah melon hidroponik sistem irigasi tetes lebih berkualitas, relatif lebih manis mencapai brix 16, lebih tahan penyimpanan. Weaknesses (kelemahan) buah lebih kecil, satu tanaman hanya diambil satu buah, modal awal besar, apabila kelebihan unsur N dan K buah akan pecah. Opportunities (peluang) Tidak mengenal musim tanam, harga jual stabil, dan minim persaingan. Threats (ancaman) pengembalian biaya produksi cenderung lebih lama. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Development in the agricultural sector is always being developed in order to achieve welfare for farmers, one of the efforts is to do hydroponic agriculture. Hydroponic melon farming in Amanah Agro-tourism is carried out to show the results of the company's profits. The purpose of carrying out this research is to determine the amount of costs, revenues, and income, determine the feasibility of farming, calculate the Break Even Point (BEP), and identify hydroponic melon farming using SWOT identification in Amanah Agro-tourism. The research was conducted using a case study method located at Amanah Agrotourism, Surakarta during one planting season (3 months) from January to March 2020. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing, observing, and recording data. Data analysis used cost analysis, revenue, income, R / C ratio, break even point, and SWOT identification. The results showed that the total costs incurred were IDR18.558.283,00 and the total income obtained was IDR27.474.217,00. Hydroponic melon farming cultivated from January to March 2020 in Amanah agro-tourism is said to be feasible because the R / C ratio analysis obtained is 2,48 or greater than 1. The BEP value of the production is 150,75 kg, the BEP of revenue is IDR2.450.448,93, and BEP selling price of IDR10.078,90. SWOT identification of hydroponic melon farming is as follows: Strengths of hydrophonic melon fruit is of higher quality, relatively sweeter to reach Brix 16, more resistant to storage. Weaknesses of the fruit is smaller, one plant is only taken one fruit, the initial capital is large, if the excess elements of N and K the fruit will break. Opportunities Not knowing the planting season, the selling price is stable, and there is minimal competition. Threats of return on production costs tend to be longer. |
