| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kaysa Taylor merupakan salah satu home industry di bidang produksi pakaian jadi yang terletak di Kabupaten Cilacap. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal, beberapa operator mengeluhkan beberapa rasa sakit pada bagian tubuh seperti bagian kaki, tangan, pinggul, pantat dan punggung, karena dalam aktivitasnya mereka bergerak menggunakan seluruh anggota tubuh secara berulang dengan postur yang tidak tepat seperti posisi membungkuk ketika mengambil dan meletakan bahan pakaian. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengetahui keluhan bagian tubuh yang dialami operator menggunakan NBM, mengetahui tingkat risiko postur kerja yang dialami operator menggunakan REBA, dan mengusulkan redesain stasiun kerja untuk mengurangi keluhan dan tingkat risiko postur kerja operator di home industry Kaysa Taylor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan NBM mayoritas operator mengeluhkan rasa sakit pada bagian leher, punggung, pinggang, pinggul, dan pantat serta semua operator berada pada tingkat risiko keluhan sedang. Tingkat risiko postur kerja berdasarkan hasil REBA yang dialami operator yaitu berada pada tingkat risiko postur sedang. Usulan rancangan stasiun kerja baru yaitu berupa kursi dan meja tempat bahan pakaian sebelum dan setelah di proses jahit/obras/kam. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Kaysa Taylor is one of the home industries in the field of apparel production, located in Cilacap Regency. Based on preliminary observations, some operators have complained of some pain in the body parts such as the legs, hands, hips, buttocks and back, because in their activities they move using all of their limbs repeatedly with improper postures such as bending when picking up and putting clothes on. Therefore, a study was conducted with the aim of knowing the complaints of body parts experienced by operators using the NBM, knowing the level of risk of work posture experienced by operators using REBA, and proposing a redesign of work stations to reduce complaints and the level of risk of operator work posture in the Kaysa Taylor home industry. The results of this study were based on the NBM, the majority of operators complained a pain in the neck, back, waist, hips, and buttocks and all operators were at a moderate risk level. The level of risk for work posture based on the REBA results experienced by the operator is at a moderate posture risk level. The proposal for the design of a new work station, namely in the form of chairs and tables for clothing before and after the sewing/overlock/kam process. |
