| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Baturraden yang memperoleh mata pelelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Pengaruh Persepsi Siswa Tentang Sense of Humor Guru, Lingkungan Keluarga, dan Kesiapan Belajar Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi.” Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang sense of humor guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan kesiapan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1-5 dan XI MIPA 4-5 SMA Negeri 1 Baturraden . Jumlah responden yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden diperoleh melalui teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan: Y = 1,202 + 0,231X1 + 0,206X2 + 0,345X3. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung = 32,265, sehingga variabel persepsi siswa tentang sense of humor guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan kesiapan belajar secara bersama-sama dapat menjelaskan perubahan pada variabel motivasi belajar, dengan begitu model penelitian dapat dikatakan cocok atau fit. Secara parsial (uji t) variabel persepsi siswa tentang sense of humor guru (X1) diperoleh thitung = 2,708, sehingga H1 diterima. Variabel lingkungan keluarga (X2) diperoleh thitung = 2,302, sehingga H2 diterima. Variabel kesiapan belajar (X3) diperoleh thitung = 3,614, sehingga H3 diterima. Secara simultan (R2)persepsi siswa tentang sense of humor guru, lingkungan keluarga, dan kesiapan belajar berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 65,7%. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu dalam upaya meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, menyelipkan humor dapat dilakukan oleh pendidik agar suasana kelas menjadi lebih menyenangkan. Bagi orang tua peserta didik diharapkan lebih memperhatikan pendidikan anaknya dan memberikan dorongan ataupun motivasi kepada anak supaya bersemangat belajar baik secara materiil maupun non materiil. Untuk peserta didik diharapkan lebih mempersiapkan fisik dan mental untuk memulai pembelajaran serta menyiapkan kebutuhan-kebutuhan belajar dengan baik. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is a quantitative research on XI grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Baturraden who are studying economics. This study takes the title: "The Effect of Student Perceptions of the Teacher's Sense of Humor, Family Environment, and Study Readiness on Learning Motivation of Class XI Students in Economics Subject". The purpose of this study was to analyze students' perceptions of a sense of humor, environment, and learning readiness on learning motivation. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS 1-5 and XI MIPA 4-5 SMA Negeri 1 Baturraden. The number of respondents taken in this study were 50 respondents obtained through simple random sampling technique. The results showed that multiple linear regression analysis the equation equation: Y = 1.202 + 0.231X1 + 0.206X2 + 0.345X3. The F test obtained Fcount = 32,265, so that the variables of students' perceptions about the teacher's sense of humor, family environment, and learning readiness together could explain changes in the learning motivation variable, so the research model could be said to be suitable or fit. Partially (t test) the variable students' perceptions of the teacher's sense of humor (X1) obtained tcount = 2.708, so that H1 was accepted. The family environment variable (X2) obtained tcount = 2.302, so that H2 is accepted. The learning readiness variable (X3) obtained tcount = 3,614, so that H3 was accepted. Simultaneously (R2) students' perceptions of the teacher's sense of humor, family environment, and learning readiness influenced learning motivation by 65.7%. The implication of the writer for this method is in an effort to increase student motivation, inserting humor can be done by educators so that the class atmosphere becomes more pleasant. For parents, students are expected to pay more attention to their children's education and provide motivation or motivation for children to learn both materially and non-materially. Students are expected to prepare physically and mentally to start learning and prepare learning needs well. |
