| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui apakah cocopeat dan serbuk gergaji dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti rockwool untuk digunakan sebagai media tanam tanaman oregano yang dibudidayakan dengan hidroponik sistem sumbu, 2) Mengetahui apakah POC dapat menggantikan AB Mix sebagai larutan nutrisi hidroponik sistem sumbu untuk tanaman oregano, 3) Adakah interaksi antara jenis media tanam dengan jenis larutan nutrisi pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman oregano saat dibudidayakan secara hidroponik sistem sumbu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2020 di Rumah Kaca Fakulltas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis media tanam yaitu rockwool, cocopeat, dan serbuk gergaji. Faktor kedua adalah jenis larutan nutrisi yaitu AB Mix, POC urin sapi yang telah difermentasi, dan AB Mix 50% + POC urin sapi. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daun tanaman oregano yang tumbuh pada media tanam cocopeat (43,74 helai) lebih banyak daripada daun tanaman oregano yang tumbuh pada media tanam serbuk gergaji (37,89 helai) dan rockwool (34,33 helai); Bobot tanjuk segar tanaman oregano yang tumbuh pada media tanam cocopeat (57,6 g) lebih berat daripada bobot tanjuk segar tanaman oregano yang tumbuh pada media tanam serbuk gergaji (47,04 g) dan rockwool (38,64 g). Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering tanaman yang diberi larutan AB Mix lebih tinggi daripada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar dan bobot akar kering tanaman yang diberi larutan nutrisi POC urin sapi atau campuran nutrisi AB Mix 50%+ POC urin sapi 50%. Dapat disimpulkan cocopeat dan serbuk gergaji dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti media tanam rockwool pada budidaya tanaman oregano dengan hidroponik sistem sumbu. POC yang dibuat dari urin kelinci yang sudah difermentasi tidak dapat menggantikan AB Mix sebagai sumber nutrisi tanaman oregano dengan sistem hidroponik sistem sumbu. |

Inggris) | This research extract aims to 1) alert whether cocopeat and sawdust can be used as rock wool to be used as a growing medium for oregano plants cultivated with the hydroponic axis system, 2) Determine whether LOF can replace AB Mix as a hydroponic nutrient solution for the axis system hydroponics for oregano plants, 3) Is there an interaction between the type of planting medium and the type of nutrient solution on the growth and yield of oregano plants when cultivated hydroponically by the axis system. This research was conducted from October to December 2020 at the Screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The experimental design used was a completely randomized block design (CRBD) with two factors. The first factor the type of growing media, namely rockwool, cocopeat, and sawdust. The second factor the type of nutrient solution, namely AB Mix, fermented cow urine LOF, and AB Mix 50% + cow urine LOF. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, fresh crown weight, dry crown weight, fresh root weight and dry root weight. Results showed that number of leaves of oregano plants grown on cocopeat (43.74 leaves) were the highest; the number of leaves of oregano plants grown on sawdust (37.89 leafs) was not significantly different from that of oregano plants grown on rockwool (34.33 leafs). Crown fresh weight of oregano plants grown media cocopeat (57.6 g) was the highest, crown fresh weight of oregano plants grown sawdust (47.04 g) was higher than that of oregano plants grown on rockwool (38.64 g). Plant height, number of leaves, fresh crown weight, fresh root weight and dry root weight of oregano plants supplied with AB Mix were the highest. It can be concluded that cocopeat and sawdust can be used as a substitute for rockwool for growing media for cultivation of oregano plants in the hydroponic wick system; the nutrient solution made from fermented urine of cows or nutrient solution made from a mixture of 50% of fermented urine of cows and 50% of AB Mix can not replaced the AB Mix solution. |
