| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Bawang putih termasuk tanaman sayuran umbi yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi, karena hampir semua kalangan membutuhkan tanaman ini sebagai bahan tambahan bumbu masak dan obat tradisional sehingga banyak diusahakan oleh petani Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendapatkan jenis pupuk kandang yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang putih. 2) Memperoleh dosis pupuk kandang yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang putih. 3) Mendapatkan kombinasi pemberian jenis pupuk kandang dengan dosis yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang putih. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Karangsari, Kecamatan Cimanggu, Kabupaten Cilacap dengan ketinggian tempat 609 mdpl. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2019-Mei 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan lapang dengan rancangan perlakuan faktorial berupa Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor yang pertama yaitu jenis pupuk kandang yang terdiri dari 3 macam (P), meliputi : P1 = Pupuk kandang kambing, P2 = Pupuk kandang sapi dan P3 = Pupuk kandang ayam. Faktor kedua yaitu dosis pupuk kandang (D) terdiri dari : D0 = 0 t/ha, D1 = 15 t/ha, D2 = 30 t/ha dan D3 = 45 t/ha.Variabel yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, kandungan klorofil, luas daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot segar umbi, hasil segar umbi, bobot kering tanaman, bobot kering umbi , hasil kering umbi dan jumlah siung per umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pupuk kandang kambing tinggi tanaman tertinggi yaitu 43,07 cm. 2) Dosis pupuk kandang dengan dosis 30 t/ha pada kehijauan daun terbaik sebesar 41,21 unit dan dosis 45 t/ha pada luas daun terluas 101,93 cm2. 3) Kombinasi pupuk kandang kambing dengan dosis 45 t/ha memberikan hasil terbaik pada tinggi tanaman yaitu 45,06 cm dan pupuk kandang ayam dengan dosis 15 t/ha memberikan hasil terbaik pada kehijauan daun sebesar 42,75 unit. |

Inggris) | Garlic is a root vegetable plant that has high economic value, because almost all people need this plant as an additional ingredient in cooking spices and traditional medicine so that it is widely cultivated by Indonesian farmers.The purpose of this reaseach is to:1) Get the best type of manure for the growth and production of garlic plants. 2) Obtain the correct or optimal dose of manure for the growth and production of garlic plants. 3) Getting a combination of manure with the right or optimal dosage for the growth and production of garlic plants. The research was conducted in Karangsari Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency with an altitude of 609 masl. The study was conducted in December 2019-May 2020. This research was a field experiment with a factorial treatment design in the form of a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with 2 factors. The first factor is the type of manure which consists of 3 kinds (P), including: P1 = goat manure, P2 = cow manure and P3 = chicken manure. The second factor is the dose of manure (D) consisting of: D0 = 0 t / ha, D1 = 15 t / ha, D2 = 30 t / ha and D3 = 45 t / ha. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, chlorophyll content, leaf area, plant fresh weight, tuber fresh weight, tuber fresh yield, plant dry weight, tuber dry weight, tuber dry yield and number of cloves per tuber. The results showed that: 1) The highest plant height of goat manure was 43.07 cm. 2) The dose of manure with a dose of 30 t / ha on the best leaf greenness was 41.21 units and a dose of 45 t / ha on the widest leaf area of 101.93 cm2. 3) The combination of goat manure with a dose of 45 t / ha gave the best results at plant height, namely 45.06 cm and chicken manure at a dose of 15 t / ha gave the best results on leaf greenness of 42.75 units. |
