| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini didasarkan pada permasalahan ekonomi yang dialami oleh pengrajin gula kelapa yang tergabung di kelompok tani manggar jaya sehingga mendorong peneliti untuk mengetahui: (1) Tingkat Kesejahteraan Anggota Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya (2) Pengaruh Peran Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Anggota; (3) Pengaruh Jiwa Wirausaha Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Anggota (4) Pengaruh Peran Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya Terhadap Jiwa Wirausaha; (5) Peran Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya dan Jiwa Wirausaha Terhadap Tingkat Kesejahteraan Anggota di Desa Semedo Kecamatan Pekucen Kabupaten Banyumas. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah anggota kelompok tani manggar jaya di Desa Semedo Kecamatan Pekuncen Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 36 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat Kesejahteraan Angggota Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, pernyataan tersebut diperkuat melalui beberapa indikator yang meliputi jaminan kesehatan, tingkat pendapatan, pola konsumsi, kondisi tempat tinggal; (2) Peran Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan karena masih kurangnya intensitas sosialisasi, pemberdayaan dan kurang pengawasan terhadap anggota. (3) Jiwa Wirausaha tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan karena para anggota masih memiliki mindset produksi gula kelapa hanya bisa memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari saja. (4) Peran Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Jiwa Wirausaha Anggota karena masih kurang memberikan akses modal kepada para anggota sehingga mereka dapat terus melakukan usahanya. (5) Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Peran Kelompok Tani Manggar Jaya dan Jiwa Wirausaha terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan anggota ditunjukan dengan nilai r square sebesar 0,027 atau 2,7%. |

Inggris) | This research is based on the economic problems experienced by coconut sugar craftsmen who are members of the Manggar Jaya farmer group, thus encouraging researchers to find out: (1) Welfare Level of Manggar Jaya Farmer Group Members (2) The Effect of the Role of the Manggar Jaya Farmer Group on the Welfare Level of Members; (3) The Influence of Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Welfare Level of Members (4) The Influence of the Role of the Manggar Jaya Farmer Group on the Entrepreneurial Spirit; (5) The Role of Manggar Jaya Farmer Group and Entrepreneurial Spirit on the Welfare Level of Members in Semedo Village, Pekucen District, Banyumas Regency. The population in the study were members of the Manggar Jaya farmer group in Semedo Village, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. The sample of this research is 36 people with total sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniques and the coefficient of determination. The results showed: (1) the level of welfare of the members of the Manggar Jaya Farmer Group is in the high category. This statement is strengthened through several indicators including health insurance, income level, consumption patterns, housing conditions; (2) The role of the Manggar Jaya Farmer Group does not have a significant effect on the level of welfare because of the lack of intensity of socialization, empowerment and lack of supervision of members. (3) Entrepreneurial spirit does not affect the level of welfare because members still have a mindset that coconut sugar production can only meet their daily needs. (4) The role of the Manggar Jaya Farmer Group does not have a significant effect on the Members' Entrepreneurial Spirit because they still lack access to capital for members so that they can continue to do business. (5) There is no significant effect jointly between the role of the Manggar Jaya Farmer Group and Jiwa Entrepreneurial towards the level of member welfare indicated by the r square value of 0.027 or 2.7%. |
