Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jamur patogen pada gulma daun lebar di pertanaman cengkih, mengetahui virulensinya terhadap gulma daun lebar dan terhadap bibit cengkih, kacang tanah, dan jagung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan Screen House Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2020. Penelitian dilakukan empat tahap yaitu 1. Eksplorasi jamur patogen gulma berdaun lebar; 2. Uji Postulat Koch; 3. Uji virulensi pada lima jenis gulma daun lebar; 4. Uji virulensi pada tanaman budidaya. Rancangan untuk uji virulensi adalah rancangan petak terbagi diulang tiga kali, dengan petak utama terdiri atas kontrol,Rhizoctonia sp., dan Colletotrichum sp. dan anak petak terdiri atas Synedrella nodiflora, Stachytarpheta australis, Sphagneticola trilobata, Clidemia hirta,dan Borreria latifolia; serta bibit cengkih, kacang tanah, dan jagung. Variabel yang diamati yaitu gejala penyakit, morfologi jamur, masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kejadian penyakit, AUDPC (Area Under Disease Progress Curve), tinggi tanaman, bobot segar tanaman, dan bobot kering tanaman. Hasil eksplorasi jamur patogen gulma daun lebar pada pertanaman cengkih didapatkan Rhizoctonia sp. dan Colletotrichum sp. Colletotrichum sp. mempunyai masa inkubasi tercepat yaitu 86,23% dibandingkan kontrol, menyebabkan intensitas penyakit pada gulma S. nodiflora S. australis dan C.hirta masing-masing sebesar 10,77%; 8% dan 6,67%. Kejadian penyakit paling tinggi pada gulma S. nodiflora yaitu sebesar 32,5%, namun belum dapat menekan tinggi, bobot basah, dan bobot kering gulma. Rhizoctonia sp. mempunyai masa inkubasi tercepat pada tanaman budidaya yaitu 87,06% dibandingkan kontrol. Rhizoctonia sp. dan Colletotrichum sp. virulen terhadap tanaman cengkih, kacang tanah, dan jagung, dengan nilai intensitas penyakit dan kejadian penyakit berturut-turut sebesar 2,53% dan 10,58%; 4,67% dan 30,29%; serta 6,46% dan 57,93%, namun belum dapat menekan tinggi tanaman, bobot basah, dan bobot kering tanaman budidaya. Keparahan penyakit pada lima jenis gulma dan tiga jenis tanaman budidaya cenderung meningkat dari pengamatan pertama sampai pengamatan terakhir.

A research aimed to obtain board leaf weed pathogenic fungi found at clove plantation, and determin etheir virulence on broad leaf weed, and on clove, peanut, and maize seedlings. The research was carried out at the Plant Protection Laboratory and the screen house at Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from July to October 2020. The research was conducted in four stages, i.e.,exploration of board leaf weeds pathogenic fungi; 2.Postulat Koch; 3.virulent test on five broad leaf weeds; and 4.on clove, peanut, and maize seedlings. Split-plot design was used for the testrepeated three times, consisted of control, Rhizoctonia sp., and Colletotrichum sp. as main plot and Synedrella nodiflora, Stachytarpheta australis, Sphagneticola trilobata, Clidemia hirta, and Borreria latifolia as subplot; orclove, peanut, and maize seedlings as subplot. Variables observed were disease symptoms, morphological characteristics, incubation period, disease intensity, disease incidency, AUDPC (Area Under Disease Progress Curve), crop height, and crop fresh and dry weight. Result of this research indicated that two pathogenic fungi, i.e., Rhizoctonia sp. and Colletotrichum sp. were obtained. Colletotrichum sp has the fastest incubation period as 86.23% compared to control, cause disease intensity in S. nodiflora, S. australis and C. hirta as 10.77%, 8% and 6.67% respectively. The highest disease incidency were S. nodiflora as 32.5%, but not being able to suppress crop height and crop fresh and dry weight. Rhizoctonia sp. has the fastest incubation period in cultivated plants as 87.06% compared to control. Rhizoctonia sp. and Colletotrichum sp. were virulence to clove, peanut, and maize seedlings, with disease intensity and disease incidency as 2.53 and 10.58%; 4.67 and 30.29%; and 6.46 and 57.93% respectively, but not being able to suppress crop height and crop fresh and dry weight on cultivated crops. The disease severity in five weeds and three cultivated crops tended to increase from the first to the last observation.
