| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prevalensi ektoparasit, intensitas ektoparasit, menghitung faktor kondisi ikan gabus, serta hubungan jumlah ektoparasit dan faktor kondisi ikan. Penelitian dilakukan di Waduk Panglima Besar Soedirman dan Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Biologi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Agustus - September 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive random sampling. Hasil menunjukkan prevalensi tertinggi pada ikan gabus oleh Dactylogyrus sp. mencapai 69,23% dengan intensitas 10,52 individu/ikan. Prevalensi terendah pada ikan gabus oleh Argulus sp. mencapai 1,92% dengan intensitas 1,0 individu/ikan. Faktor kondisi ikan yang terinfeksi sebesar 0,997 dan ikan yang tidak terinfeksi sebesar 1,107. Koefisien korelasi (r = -0,473) membuktikan bahwa meningkatnya jumlah ektoparasit diikuti dengan penurunan faktor kondisi ikan. |

Inggris) | This study aimed to determine the prevalence, intensity of ectoparasites, calculate the condition factor of snakehead fish, and correlate between the number of ectoparasites and the condition factor of fish. The research was conducted at the Panglima Besar Soedirman Reservoir and the Laboratory of Parasitology, Faculty of Biology, Jenderal Soedirman University, from August - September 2020. A survey and purposive random sampling technique were applied in this research. The results have shown that the highest prevalence was 69,23% by Dactylogyrus sp with the intensity of 10,52 individuals per fish. The lowest prevalence of ectoparasite infection was 1,92% by Argulus sp. with the intensity of 1,0 individuals per fish. The fish condition factor of infected fish was 0,997, and uninfected fish was 1,107. The coefficient correlation (r = -0,473) proved that the increasing number of ectoparasites leads to decreasing the fish condition factor. |
