| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Tenaga Kerja Melakukan Migrasi Sirkuler ke Kecamatan Bekasi Utara”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan terhadap keputusan tenaga kerja untuk melakukan migrasi sirkuler ke Kecamatan Bekasi Utara, menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap keputusan tenaga kerja untuk melakukan migrasi sirkuler ke Kecamatan Bekasi Utara, menganalisis pengaruh usia terhadap keputusan tenaga kerja untuk melakukan migrasi sirkuler ke kecamatan Bekasi Utara, dan menganalisis pengaruh jenis kelamin terhadap keputusan tenaga kerja untuk melakukan migrasi sirkuler ke Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik biner. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel pendapatan, variabel tingkat pendidikan dan variabel umur berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan tenaga kerja untuk melakukan migrasi sirkuler ke Kecamatan Bekasi Utara. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya upaya pemerintah untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja agar distribusi pendapatan di setiap daerah di Indonesia tidak mengalami ketimpangan pendapatan, penting bagi masyarakat yang berpendidikan tinggi untuk ikut serta mengedukasi masyarakat di desa tentang perkembangan desa seperti memberikan sosialisasi tentang pengembangan UKM di desa agar perekonomian di desa lebih maju. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT This research is entitled “Analysis of Factors That Affecting Labor Decision to Circular Migration to North Bekasi Sub-District”. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of income on labor decisions to perform circular migration to the sub-district of the North Bekasi, to analyze the effect of level education on labor decisions to perform circular migration to the sub-district of the North Bekasi, to analyze the effect of age on labor decisions to perform circular migration to the sub-district of the North Bekasi, and to analyze the effect of gender on labor decisions to perform circular migration to the sub-district of the North Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative research. The method of analysis in this study is binary logistic regression. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Based of the results of the study showed that simultaneously income variable, education level variable and age variable has a positive effect on labor the decisions to perform circular migration to north Bekasi sub-district. The implication of this research is the importance of efforts for the government to create jobs so that income distribution in every region in Indonesia does not experience income inequality, important for people who are particularly highly educated to participate in inviting the community in the village regarding village development, such as providing socialization on the development of UKM in the village so that the economy in the village is more advanced. |
