Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Teknologi pemupukan dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan produksi bawang merah dengan mensubstitusi penggunaan pupuk anorganik menggunakan pupuk hayati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk hayati mikoriza – trichoderma. dan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap beberapa sifat fisik tanah dan produksi bawang merah. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kaliori, Kecamatan Kalibagor, Kabupaten Banyumas dan untuk anlisis tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Maret hingga Desember 2018. Penelitian berupa percobaan lapang dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan dua faktor dan tiga kali ulangan. Faktor pertama pupuk hayati mikoriza – trichoderma (H) terdiri dari pemberian dosis 0 g (H0), 10 g (H1), dan 20 g (H2). Faktor kedua pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik terdiri dari pengurangan dosis 0%, 25%, dan 50%. Variabel yang diamati yakni sifat fisik tanah meliputi BJI, BJP, porositas, BC, BL, BG, BBW, dan jangka olah serta variabel hasil produksi meliputi tinggi tanaman, bobot segar umbi, dan bobot kering umbi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh perlakuan mandiri pemberian pupuk hayati mikoriza – trichoderma bersifat nyata terhadap variabel batas cair, jangka olah, dan bobot kering umbi; (2) pengaruh perlakuan mandiri pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik bersifat nyata terhadap variabel berat jenis isi, berat jenis partikel, batas gulung, batas berubah warna, dan jangka olah; (3) pengaruh interaksi pemberian pupuk hayati mikoriza – trichoderma dengan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik bersifat nyata terhadap berat jenis isi, berat jenis partikel, batas cair, batas lekat, batas berubah warna, jangka olah, dan tinggi tanaman.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Fertilization technology can be used to increase shallot production by substituting the use of inorganic fertilizers using biological fertilizers. This study aims to determine the effect of mycorrhiza – trichoderma bio fertilizer and reducing the dosage of inorganic fertilizers on several physical properties of soil and shallot production. The research was conducted in Kaliori Village, Kalibagor District, Banyumas Regency and for soil analysis was carried out at the Laboratory of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from March to December 2018. The research was a field experiment using the Randomized Completely Block Design method with two factors and three times repeat. The first factor of mycorrhiza – trichoderma bio fertilizer consists of doses of 0 g, 10 g, and 20 g. The second factor in reducing the dosage of inorganic fertilizers consisted of reducing the dosage of 0%, 25%, and 50%. The variables observed were the physical properties of the soil including BJI, BJP, porosity, BC, BL, BG, BBW, and processing time as well as production yield variables including plant height, plant fresh weight, and plant dry weight. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the effect of independent treatment of mycorrhiza – trichoderma bio fertilizer is significant on the liquid limit, processing period, and plant dry weight variables; (2) the effect of independent treatment on inorganic fertilizer dosage reduction is significant on the variable density of content, specific gravity of particles, limit of rolls, limit of changing color, and processing period; (3) the effect of the interaction of mycorrhiza – trichoderma bio fertilizer with a reduction in the dosage of inorganic fertilizers is significant on density of content, particle density, liquid limit, sticky limit, color change limit, processing period, and plant height.
