| Judul Artikel | “IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM KOTAKU (KOTA TANPA KUMUH) DI KELURAHAN GRENDENG, KECAMATAN PURWOKERTO UTARA, KABUPATEN BANYUMAS” |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program KOTAKU di Kelurahan Grendeng, serta mencari factor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi program Kotaku di Kelurahan Grendeng, kecamatan Purwokerto Utara, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Korelasi Kendall Tau (τ) c, Koefisien Konkordansi Kendall W, dan Regresi Ordinal dan untuk validitas data menggunakan teknik analisis butir, dimana merupakan teknik yang mengkorelasikan skor setiap item dengan skor total variabel, dengan menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program Kotaku di Kelurahan Grendeng sudah ideal. Program ini dikatakan ideal karena secara garis besar masyarakat penerima penerima telah memahami mengenai adanya program. Kesimpuln dri penelitin ini adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi program Kotaku yang pertama dapat dilihat dari target group, hasilnya menunjukan bahwa seluruh penerima program Kotaku (Kota Tanpa Kumuh) telah sesuai dan sudah baik, akan tetapi dengan kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat umum sebagai sasaran program dapat menjadikan program Kotaku tidak efektif atau tidak dapat mencapai tujuannya secara maksimal, yang kedua dapat dilihat dari environmental factor sebagai kebijakan yang diidealisasikan yaitu factor sosial budaya yang dimana masyarakat memberikan dukungan dengan cara ikut membantu berjalannya program yang artinya respon dari masyarakat baik dan menerima adanya program tersebut. Akan tetapi dengan ketidaktahuan masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga lingkungan akan membuat tujuan dari program Kotaku tidak efektif dikarenakan minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap lingkungan yang rapih dan tidak kumuh. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the KOTAKU program in Grendeng Village, and to find out what factors influence the successful implementation of the Kotaku program in Grendeng Village, North Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. This research uses associative quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique was performed using Kendall Tau Correlation (τ) c, Kendall W Concordance Coefficient, and Ordinal Regression and for data validity using item analysis techniques, which is a technique that correlates the score of each item with the total variable score, usingcorrelation Product Moment. The results showed that the Kotaku program in Grendeng Village was ideal. This program is said to be ideal because in general the recipient community understands the existence of the program. The conclusion in this study is that the factors that affect the implementation of the first Kotaku program can be seen from the target group, the results show that all the recipients of the Kotaku (City Without Slum) program are appropriate and good, but with the lack of involvement of the general public as program targets making the Kotaku program ineffective or unable to achieve its goals optimally, the second can be seen from the environmental factor as an idealized policy, namely the socio-cultural factor where the community provides support by helping to run the program which means that the response from the community is good and accepts the program . However, people's ignorance of the importance of protecting the environment will make the objectives of the Kotaku program ineffective due to the lack of public knowledge of the environment that is neat and not slum. |
