| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Agrowisata adalah aktivitas wisata yang melibatkan penggunaan lahan pertanian atau fasilitas terkait yang menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan. Agrowisata sweetberry merupakan salah satu obyek wisata di Indonesia yang mengutamakan aspek pertanian untuk dikembangkan menjadi tempat wisata. Agrowisata sweetberry terletak di kawasan Puncak, Cipanas Cianjur Jawa Barat. Agrowisata Sweetberry selain melakukan petik stroberi dan sayuran segar secara langsung di kebun juga memfasilitasi kegiatan edukasi tanam stroberi, memberi makan hewan, serta kegiatan lainnya yang merupakan hiburan tambahan seperti wahana permainan dan mancing ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap sistem pelayanan dan fasilitas di Agrowisata Sweetberry, 2) Menganalisis atribut kepuasan pengunjung di Agrowisata Sweetberry, dan 3) Mengetahui posisi Agrowisata Sweetberry terhadap para pesaing dan langkah yang dapat dilakukan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling, teknik ini didasarkan pengambilan sampel yang tidak dipilih secara acak. Metode yang dipilih dari non probability sampling adalah convenience sampling umumnya digunakan pada situasi yang tidak memungkinkan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel dengan cara lain. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui sampling insidental. Teknik penentuan sampling insidental berdasarkan pengunjung yang bertemu dengan peneliti dapat dijadikan sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai CSI berada dibawah 76 % atau sebesar 69,03 yang berarti pelanggan dalam hal ini pengunjung Agrowisata Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang telah diberikan. Wisatawan Agrowisata Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor masih merasa belum puas terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang ada diberikan pengelola Agrowisata Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil pada matriks BCG diatas dapat dilihat bahwa posisi dari Agrowisata Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor terletak pada kuadran Dog, yang menunjukkan bahwa Agrowisata Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor memiliki tingkat pertumbuhan pasar yang lambat dan pangsa pasarnya rendah. |

Agrotourism Sweetberry is one of the tourist objects in Indonesia that prioritizes agricultural aspects to be developed into tourist attractions. Agrotourism Sweetberryis located in the Puncak area, Cipanas Cianjur, West Java. Agrotourism Sweetberry Apart from picking strawberries and fresh vegetables directly in the garden, also facilitates educational activities on planting strawberries, feeding animals, and other activities which are additional entertainment such as rides and fishing. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the level of visitor satisfaction with the service system and facilities in Agrotourism Sweetberry, 2) To analyze the attributes of visitor satisfaction in Agrotourism Sweetberry, and 3) to determine the position of Agrotourism Sweetberry towards competitors and steps that can be taken. Sampling is done bymethod non probability sampling, this technique is based on sampling that was not randomly selected. The method chosen from non-probability sampling is convenience sampling, generally used in situations where it is not possible to use other methods of sampling. The technique of collecting data is through incidental sampling. The technique of determining incidental sampling based on visitors meeting the researcher can be used as a sample. Based on the results of the calculation of the CSI value is below 76% or 69.03, which means that the customer in this case is Agrotourism Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor. Quite satisfied with the service provided. Tourists of Agrotourism Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor are still not satisfied with the quality of services provided by the manager of Agrotourism Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor. Based on the results of the BCG matrix above, it can be seen that the position of Agrotourism Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor is located in the quadrant Dog, which indicates that Agrotourism Sweetberry, Cianjur, Bogor has a slow market growth rate and a low market share. |
