| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PREFERENSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP ANGKUTAN KAWASAN MBANGUN DESA DI KABUPATEN CILACAP |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Cilacap merupakan daerah dengan perkembangan yang cukup cepat, dengan didukung daerahnya yang merupakan pusat industry dan wisata. Untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemerintah mulai membuat inovasi baru berupa transportasi umum yaitu dengan meresmikan AwasMbaDe untuk melancarkan mobilitas masyarakat. Terdapat berbagai transportasi umum di Kota Cilacap, akan tetapi peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe di Cilacap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendapatan, tarif (AwasMbaDe), tarif angkutan lain, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe, serta untuk menganalisis variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tarif (AwasMbaDe), dan tarif angkutan lain berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe. Dalam penelitian ini pendaptan dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe..Hasil penelitian ini terdapat variabel yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe adalah variabel tarif (AwasMbaDe). Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan untuk tingkat tarif AwasMbaDe tetap menguntungkan konsumen dalam artian tarifnya terjangkau untuk semua lapisan masyarakat. Sebab apabila tarif AwasMbaDe naik satu rupiah dapat menyebabkan turunnya preferensi masyarakat pengguna AwasMbaDe. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cilacap is an area with a fairly fast development because this is the center of industry and tourism. Encouraging economic growth, the government has started making new innovations in the form of public transportation by inaugurating AwasMbaDe to accelerate community mobility. There are various public transportations in Cilacap. However, the researcher was interested in examining the preferences of the AwasMbaDe user community. The purposes of this study were to analyze the effect of income, rates of AwasMbaDe, other transportation rates, and the service quality to the preferences of the AwasMbaDe user community, and to analyze the most influence variable of the AwasMbaDe user community preferences. In this study the researcher used descriptive qualitative method with 100 respondents. The researcher used questionnaire for the data collection technique, while the analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The result of this study showed that the rates (AwasMbaDe), and the other public transportation rates significantly influence the preferences of the AwasMbaDe user community. The income and service quality had no effect on the preferences of them. There was a variable that greatly influence the preferences of the AwasMbaDe user community. This variable was the rates (AwasMbaDe). When the AwasMbaDe rates increases by just one rupiah, it can cause a decrease in the preferences of the AwasMbaDe user community. Therefore, the implication of this study is the researcher hoped the AwasMbaDe rates will still benefit consumers with affordable rates for all levels of society. |
