| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kandungan Escherichia coli pada air sumur gali di pedesaan.Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Literature ReviewHasil review dari 20 jurnal seluruh sumur yang digunakan masyarakat mengandung Escherichia coli yang melebihi baku mutu yaitu >0MPN/100 ml. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kandungan Escherichia coli pada air sumur gali seperti konstruksi sumur, jarak septictank, jarak kandang dan sumber pencemar sehingga terdapat hubungan antara konstruksi sumur, jarak septictank, jarak kandang, dan sumber pencemar terhadap keberadaan Escherichia coli. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Escherichia coli content in dug well water in rural areas. This research uses a Literature Review as a type of research.The review results of 20 all wells journals used by the community contained Escherichia coli which exceeds the quality standard, that is > 0MPN / 100 ml. There were several factors that can affect the content of Escherichia coli in dug well water such as well construction, septic tank distance, cage distance and pollutant sources so that there is a relationship between well construction, septic tank distance, cage distance, and pollutant sources to the existence of Escherichia coli. |
