| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kebijakan perusahaan dalam membagikan dividen di setiap tahap siklus hidup perusahaan akan berbeda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran modal, profitabilitas, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen dengan mengelompokkan sampel dalam empat tahap siklus hidup perusahaan yaitu introduction, growth, mature, dan decline. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif pada sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling method. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Bauran modal yang diperoleh / didistribusikan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada tahap pengenalan, pertumbuhan, dan penurunan tetapi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap tahap matang sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (2) Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada tahap pengenalan, pertumbuhan, pematangan, dan penurunan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada tahap pengenalan dan pertumbuhan, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan positif pada tahap matang, dan berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap tahap penurunan sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil ini dapat memberikan bukti tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebijakan dividen sehingga dapat memberikan implikasi kepada perusahaan agar lebih mempertimbangkan kebijakan dividen yang akan diambil. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The company's policy in distributing dividends at each stage of the firm's life cycle will be different. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a mix of earned /contributed capital, profitability, and firm growth on dividend policy by grouping the samples into four stages of the firm's life cycle; introduction, growth, maturity, and decline stage. This research is quantitative research on the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population in this study are all manufacturing sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The number of samples in this study was 91 companies. Determination of the sample using a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) A mix of earned /contributed capital has a positive but insignificant effect on dividend policy at the introduction, growth, and decline stages but has a significant positive effect on the mature stages of the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (2) Firm growth the company has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy at the introduction, growth, maturation, and decline stages of the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, (3) Profitability has a positive but not significant effect on dividend policy at the introduction and growth stages but has a significant effect positive at the mature stage, and a negative but insignificant effect on the decline stage of the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These results can provide evidence about the factors that influence dividend policy so it has implications for companies to consider more about the dividend policy to be taken. |
