| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Guru merupakan kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Peningkatan kinerja guru diperlukan kompetensi yang dimiliki, komitmen dari guru yang bersangkutan dan motivasi dalam bekerja. Apabila kinerja guru hanya didasarkan pada motif untuk mendapatkan kompensasi material, maka ketika material yang diharapkan tidak terwujud akan menyebabkan kinerja kembali menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, komitmen dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 2 Sokaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan 41 orang guru sebagai objek penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi Kendall’s Tau-c, koefisien Konkordansi Kendall W dan regresi ordinal. Hasil penelitian menemukan variabel kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karena memiliki nilai chi square hitung (37,452) lebih besar dari chi-square tabel (5,991). Variabel komitmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru karena memiliki nilai chi square hitung (13,238) lebih besar dari chi-square tabel (5,991). Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru karena memiliki nilai chi square hitung (150,853) lebih besar dari chi-square tabel (5,991). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru karena memiliki nilai chi square hitung (124,699) lebih besar dari chi-square tabel (9,488). Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa kompetensi guru, komitmen guru, motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP N 2 Sokaraja. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Teachers are the key to improving the quality of education. Improving teacher performance requires competency, commitment from the teacher concerned and motivation to work. If the teacher's performance is only based on a motive to get material compensation, then when the expected material does not materialize it will cause the performance to decline again. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, commitment and work motivation on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Sokaraja. This research is an associative quantitative research. This study used 41 teachers as research objects. Data analysis in this study used Kendall's Tau-c correlation, Kendall W concordance coefficient and ordinal regression. The results of the study found that the competency variable has an effect on performance because it has a calculated chi square value (37,452) greater than the chi-square table (5.991). Commitment variable affects teacher performance because it has a calculated chi square value (13,238) greater than the chi-square table (5,991). Work motivation variable affects teacher performance because it has a calculated chi square value (150,853) greater than the chi-square table (5.991). Simultaneously, the three variables affect teacher performance because they have a calculated chi square value (124,699) greater than the chi-square table (9.488). So it can be said that teacher competence, teacher commitment, work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP N 2 Sokaraja.
