| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur anak, jenis kelamin anak, dan jam kerja anak terhadap pendapatan anak, menganalisa besarnya kontribusi pendapatan anak terhadap pendapatan keluarga, menganalisis kemakmuran keluarga pada keluarga anak yang bekerja di Desa Kebanggan, Kecamatan Sumbang. Populasi sebanyak 51 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi disertai dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui bahwa variabel umur, jenis kelamin, dan jam kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan anak. Berdasarkan uji t diketahui bahwa variabel umur dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan pekerja anak, variabel jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap pendapatan anak. (2) Kontribusi pendapatan pekerja anak tergolong rendah, pendapatan yang mereka terima sebagian besar untuk keperluan pribadi. (3) Pendapatan per kapita keluarga pekerja anak secara keseluruhan bernilai lebih rendah daripada nilai UMK Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2019, sehingga keluarga pekerja anak belum dapat dikategorikan sebagai keluarga makmur. Implikasi dari kesimpulan dii atas yaitu upaya dari pihak pemerintah dapat memberikan suatu pelatihan dan edukasi bagi anak yang putus sekolah sehingga dapat memiliki keahlian untuk terjun di dunia kerja. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of children's age, gender, and working hours of children on children's income, to analyze the contribution of children's income to family income, to analyze family prosperity in children's families who work in Kebanggan Village, Sumbang District. The population of 51 respondents. The technique of collecting data through observation is accompanied by interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) Based on the results of the F test, it was found that the variables age, gender, and working hours together affected children's income. Based on the t-test, it is known that the variable age and working hours have a significant positive effect on child labor income, the gender variable does not have a significant effect on children's income. (2) The contribution of child laborers' income is classified as low, the income they receive is mostly for personal needs. (3) The overall per capita income of child working families is worth lower than the UMK value of Banyumas Regency in 2019 so that the families of child workers cannot be categorized as prosperous families. The implication of the conclusion above is that the efforts of the government can provide training and education for children who drop out of school so that they can have the skills to enter the world of work. |
