| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang : Pasangan infertil semakin banyak ditemukan di Indonesia, penyebab terjadinya infertilitas sangat bervariasi, faktor gangguan pada pria memiliki proporsi sekitar 30-35% sebagai penyebab infertilitas. Fertilitas pria dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, salah satunya perilaku merokok. Salah satu pemeriksaan untuk menentukan diagnosis infertilitas adalah dengan pemeriksaan analisis sperma. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku merokok dengan hasil analisis sperma (konsentrasi spermatozoa, motilitas spermatozoa, dan morfologi spermatozoa) pada pasien infertilitas di Purwokerto. Metode : Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medik hasil pemeriksaan analisis sperma pasien pria infertil yang datang ke RSIA Bunda Arif Purwokerto dari bulan Januari 2019 sampai dengan Agustus 2020 dengan teknik total sampling. Didapatkan sebanyak 79 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria eksklusi dan inklusi terdiri dari 37 pasien yang tidak merokok dan 42 pasien yang merokok. Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan bermakna hasil analisis sperma antara kelompok pria yang merokok dengan tidak merokok, meliputi konsentrasi spermatozoa (p=0,097), motilitas spermatozoa (p=0,176), dan morfologi spermatozoa (p=0,358). Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan perilaku merokok dengan hasil analisis sperma pada pasien infertilitas di Purwokerto |

Inggris) | Background: Infertile couples are increasingly being found in Indonesia, the causes of infertility very widely, male disorders have a proportion of 30-35% as a cause of infertility. Male fertility is awakened by many things, one of which is smoking behavior. One of the tests to determine a diagnosis of infertility in a married couple is a sperm analysis. Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of smoking on the results of sperm analysis (sperm concentration, spermatozoa motility, and spermatozoa morphology) in infertility patients in Purwokerto. Methods: An observational analytic study with a cross sectional design using secondary data from medical record examination results of the sperm analysis in infertile male patients in RSIA Bunda Arif Purwokerto who came for treatment from January 2019 to August 2020 with a total sampling. There were 79 patients who met the exclusion and inclusion criteria, consisting of 37 patients who did not smoke and 42 patients who smoked. Results: This results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the results of sperm analysis between groups of infertile men patients who smoke and do not smoke, including concentration of spermatozoa (p = 0.097), motility of spermatozoa (p = 0.176), and morphology of spermatozoa (p = 0.358).
