Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kompensasi kerja,
lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru honorer SMA dan SMK Negeri di
Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif
dengan studi survai Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin kesimpulan. Pertama, variabel
kompensasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer SMA
dan guru SMK di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur. Kedua, variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki
pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer SMA dan SMK di Kecamatan
Purwokerto Timur. Ketiga, variabel budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja guru honorer SMA dan SMK di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur. Keempat,variabel
kompensasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja guru honorer.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work compensation, work
environment, and organizational culture on the performance of honorary teachers of SMA and
SMK Negeri in East Purwokerto District. The research method used in this research is
quantitative with survey studies. The results of the study show several points of conclusion. First,
the job compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
honorary high school teachers and vocational school teachers in East Purwokerto District.
Second, the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance
of honorary high school and vocational high school teachers in East Purwokerto District. Third,
the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
honorary high school and vocational high school teachers in East Purwokerto District. Fourth,
the variable work compensation, work environment, and organizational culture has a positive
and significant effect on the performance of honorary teachers.
