Skripsi. Purwokerto: Fakultas Ilmu Budaya. Universitas Jenderal soedirman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran koopertaif tipe picture and picture pada kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto. Subjek penelitian ini, yaitu kelas VII B SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto dengan jumlah siswa 28 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena masih rendahnya keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Terdapat empat tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes dan teknik nontes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas VII B SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto mengalami peningkatan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture. Peningkatan keterampilan tersenut dapat dibuktikan dengan adanya hasil keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi dan perubahan perilaku belajar siswa, yaitu siswa merasa lebih mudah, dan merasa lebih tertarik untuk membuat teks deskripsi, dan dapat membuat pembelajaran yang lebih menyenangkan, serta menumbuhkan motivasi, dan minat siswa pada saat mengikuti proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Peningkatan keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi dapat dilihat dari beberapa tahap, siklus I yaitu 70 dengan prosentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 50%, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 80,75 dengan prosentase ketuntasan belajar sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan menulis teks deskripsi pada siswa kelas VII B SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto. |

Purwokerto: Faculty of Cultural Sciences. Jenderal Soedirman University. This study aims to improve text writing skills by using the picture and picture cooperative learning model in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto class VII. The subjects of this study is class VII B SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto with a total of 28 students. This research was conducted because of the low skills writing descriptive texts in grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto. This type of research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). There are four stages, the strategies are planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used in this study were test techniques and non-test techniques. The data analysis technique that used in this research is descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the skills of writing descriptive texts in class VII B SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto have increased by using the picture and picture type cooperative learning model. The increase in these skills can be proven by the improvement of writing skill in descriptive texts and the changing of student learning behavior. In that way, the students feel easier, and feel more interested in making descriptive texts, it makes learning more enjoyable, and it boost student motivation interest at the same time. following the learning process in progress. The improvement of writing descriptive text skills can be seen from several stages, the first cycle is 70 with a percentage of learning completeness of 50%, in the second cycle it has increased to 80.75 with a percentage of learning completeness of 100%. Based on these descriptions, it can be concluded that the picture and picture type of cooperative learning model can improve the writing skills of descriptive text in class VII B students of SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Purwokerto. |
