| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh pupuk N slow release terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi, dan (2) Mengetahui dosis formula pupuk terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desember 2018 sampai dengan Mei 2019 di Desa Kebumen kecamatan Baturraden kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian UNSOED, Purwokerto. Penelitian polybag ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) satu faktor dan 4 kali ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti adalah lima (5) pupuk formula N slow release terdiri dari jumlah dan komposisi berbeda urea, azolla microphylla, monmorillonit, gondoruem dan asam humat dan 1 buah kontrol, yaitu F0/kontrol (0,6 g tanaman-1), F1 (0,86 g tanaman-1), F2 (0,87 g tanaman-1), F3 (0,91 g tanaman-1), F4 (1,05 g tanaman-1), F5 (1,3 g tanaman-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk nitroge slow release yang dilapis bahan lokal berpengaruh nyata pada variabel jumlah daun, luas daun, jumlah anakan produktif, dan jumlah malai per rumpun dengan peningkatan hasil berkisar antara 38,14% - 101,53%. Formula pupuk nitrogen yang dilapis bahan lokal terbaik yaitu F3 dengan formula (70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Monmorilonit, 10% asam humat), Formula yang berbeda nyata dengan kontrol menurut DMRT yaitu F3, F4 dan F5. |

Inggris) | The objectives of this experiment were: 1) Determine the effect of N slow release fertilizer on the growth and yield of upland rice plants, and (2) Know the best of N slow release fertilizer formula on the growth and yield of upland rice plants. This research was conducted in December 2018 to May 2019 in Kebumen village, Baturraden district, Banyumas district and the Soil Science Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, UNSOED, Purwokerto. This study used polybags with a Randomized Complete Group Design (RCBD) with 1 factor and 4 replications. Factors tried were N slow release formulas fertilizers consisted of different amount and composition of urea, azolla microphylla, monmorilonit clay, gondorukem and humic acid, namely F0 / control (0.6 g plant-1), F1 (0.86 g plant-1 ), F2 (0.87 g plant-1), F3 (0.91 g plant-1), F4 (1.05 g plant-1), F5 (1.3 g plant-1). The results showed that the applying nitrogen slow release fertilizer coated with local material had a significant effect on the variable number of leaves, leaf area, number of productive tillers, and number of panicles per clump with increased yield ranging from 38.14% - 101.53%. The best nitrogen N slow release fertilizer formula is F3 with consisted of 70% Urea, 10% Azolla microphylla, 10% Monmorillonite, 10% humic acid. The formula that is significantly different from the control according to DMRT is F3, F4 and F5. |
