| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar pada bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016-2018. Di dalam penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu sampel yang digunakan harus memenuhi beberapa kriteria yang sesuai dengan informasi yang harus dicari, sehingga informasi tersebut dapat tepat secara maksimal. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar scara berturut-turut pada bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Hasil penelitian penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : (1) corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) good corporate governance memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Implikasi terhadap hasil penelitian diatas adalah CSR tidak memiliki pengaruh dalam naik turunnya suatu nilai perusahaan. Karena kasus yang terjadi di Indonesia masih banyak perusahaan yang tidak mementingkan CSR dan berpikiran jika CSR bukan merupakan sesuatu yang mendesak untuk dilakukan. Kebanyakan investor masih berfokus pada memperhatikan seberapa banyak perushaaan menghasilkan keuntungan sehingga deviden yang dibagikan juga akan banyak. Sehingga faktor non keuangan seperti CSR belum terlalu diperhatikan dalam membuat keputusan oleh investor. Nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh GCG dan profitabilitas, dengan kualitas tata kelola yang baik dalam perusahaan dapat mendorong pola kerja manajemen yang bersih, transparansi dan profesional. Dan semakin profitabilitas perusahaan tinggi, maka respon stakeholders akan baik pula. GCG dan profitabilitas dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi investor yang akan mengambil keputusan untuk berinvestasi. |

Inggris) | Abstrac This research aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure, good corporate governance and profitability on the value of mining companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The population in this study is all mining sector companies listed on IDX in 2016-2018. In this study took samples with purposive sampling method that the sample used must meet several criteria that match the information to be searched, so that the information can be precise to the maximum. The sample criteria in this study are companies listed in succession on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2016-2018. The results of this research show that: (1) corporate social responsibility has no positive effect on the value of the company, (2) good corporate governance has a positive influence on the value of the company, (3) profitability has a positive influence on the value of the company. The implication of the above research results is that CSR has no influence in the ups and downs of a company's value. Because of the cases that occur in Indonesia there are still many companies that do not care about CSR and are minded if CSR is not something that is urgent to do. Most investors are still focused on paying attention to how much profit the dividend will have. So non-financial factors such as CSR have not been very considered in making decisions by investors. The value of the company can be influenced by GCG and profitability, with the quality of good governance within the company can encourage clean, transparency and professional management work patterns. And the higher the profitability of the company, the better the response of stakeholders. GCG and profitability can be considerations for investors who will take the decision to invest. |
