| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame, (2) mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi pupuk daun terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame, (3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara pupuk kandang dan konsentrasi pupuk daun terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman edamame. Penelitian dilaksanakan menggunakan tanah inseptisol dalam polibag di Kelurahan Grendeng dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai bulan November 2019 sampai Januari 2020. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah pemberian pupuk kandang yang terdiri dari tanpa pupuk kandang (M0), pupuk kandang ayam (M1), pupuk kandang sapi (M2). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi pupuk daun yang terdiri dari tanpa pupuk daun (P0), konsentrasi 1 g/l (P1), 2 g/l (P2), dan 3 g/l (P3). Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah buku, jumlah daun trifoliate, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, jumlah polong per tanaman dan bobot polong per tanaman. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam (ANOVA), dan bila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pada parameter tinggi tanaman sebesar, jumlah buku, jumlah daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, jumlah polong per tanaman, dan bobot polong per tanaman. Pemberian pupuk daun konsentrasi 2 g/l meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman pada parameter jumlah buku tanaman. |

Inggris) | This study aims to (1) determine the effect of organic fertilizers on the growth and yield of edamame plants, (2) determine the effect of foliar fertilizer concentration on the growth and yield of edamame plants, (3) determine the effect of the interaction between organic fertilizers and leaf fertilizer concentration on growth and edamame crop. The research was carried out using inceptisol soil in polybags in Grendeng Village and the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from November 2019 to January 2020. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with 2 factors and 3 replications. The first factor is the provision of organic fertilizers consisting of no organic fertilizer (M0), organic chicken manure (M1), cow manure organic fertilizer (M2). The second factor is the concentration of foliar fertilizers consisting of no foliar fertilizer (P0), a concentration of 1 g / l (P1), 2 g / l (P2), and 3 g / l (P3). The variables observed included plant height, number of books, number of trifoliate leaves, fresh shoot weight, dry shoot weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight, number of pods per plant and pod weight per plant. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and if it was significantly different, it was continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that the application of cow manure could increase plant growth and yield on parameters of plant height, number of books, number of leaves, fresh shoot weight, dry shoot weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight, number of pods per plant, and pod weight. per plant. Application of foliar fertilizer with a concentration of 2 g / l increased plant growth in the number of plant book parameters. |
