| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang : Kebutuhan air minum masyarakat saat ini bervariasi. Saat ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air minum masyarakat kebanyakan mengkonsumsi air minum isi ulang yang diproduksi dari Depot Air Minum (DAM) karena dianggap lebih praktis, hygienis dan harga relative murah. Kualitas air minum yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat menjadi salah satu penentuan derajad kesehatan. Air minum isi ulang harus memiliki persyaratan yang diatur oleh Permenkes Nomor 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010, persyaratan kualitas air minum untuk seluruh penyelenggara air minum harus memenuhi peryaratan fisika, mikrobiologis, kimiawi dan radioaktif . Metodologi : Penelitian ini penggunakan Systematic Literature Review, yakini sebuah sintesis dari studi literature yang bersifat sistematik, jelas, menyeluruh, dengan mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, mengevaluasi melalui pengumpulan data-data yang sudah ada. Data yang digunakan 13 jurnal internasional dan Indonesia yang diperoleh dari hasil screening sejumlah jurnal dari portal jurnal Google Scholar, PubMed dan Medline. Hasil Penelitian : Tiga belas artikel yang dianalisis meneliti kualitas mikrobiologis pada air minum di Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang (DAMIU) dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel penelitian beragam yaitu metode survey analitik, observasional, dan explanatory research. Tempat penelitian dari artikel penelitian tersebut dilakukan di negara Indonesia. Terdapat 6 faktor yang berhubungan dengan keberadaan bakteri Coliform di depot air minum isi ulang antara lain higiene sanitasi, higiene penjamah, air baku, kualitas filter, lokasi depot, dan proses desinfeksi. Kesimpulan : Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keberadaan bakteri Coliform pada DAMIU adalah higiene penjamah, higiene sanitasi, lokasi, air baku, kualitas filter dan proses desinfeksi. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Current community drinking water needs vary. Currently, to meet drinking water needs, people mostly consume refill drinking water produced from drinking water depots (DAM) because it is considered more practical, hygienic and the price is relatively cheap. The quality of drinking water consumed by the community is one of the determinants of the degree of health. Refilled drinking water must have requirements regulated by Permenkes Number 492 / MENKES / PER / IV / 2010, the requirements for drinking water quality for all drinking water providers must meet physical, microbiologic, chemical, and radioactive. Methodology: This study uses a Systematic Literature Review, which believes in a synthesis of systematic, clear, comprehensive literature studies, by identifying, analyzing, evaluating through the collection of existing data. The data used by 13 international and Indonesian journals were obtained from the results of screening a number of journals from the journal portal Google Scholar, PubMed and Medline. Results: Thirteen articles analyzed examined the microbiological quality of drinking water at the Refill Drinking Water Depot (DAMIU) and the factors that influenced it. The research methods used in the research articles are various, namely analytical survey methods, observational, and explanatory research. The place where the research of the research article was conducted was in Indonesia. There are 6 factors related to the presence of Coliform bacteria in the refill drinking water depot, including higiene sanitation, hand higiene, raw water, filter quality, depot location, and disinfection process. Conclusion: : The factors associated with the presence of Coliform bacteria in DAMIU are hand higiene, sanitation higiene, location, raw water, filter quality and disinfection process. |
