| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Analisis kelayakan usaha gula kelapa cetak adalah studi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya usaha gula kelapa cetak yang dijalankan. Analisis kelayakan suatu usaha dapat dilihat dari perbandingan antara penerimaan dan biaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi dan penerimaan yang diperoleh, mengetahui titik impas atau Break Even Poin (BEP), mengetahui kelayakan usaha, dan mengetahui rentabilitas ekonomi pada usaha gula kelapa cetak di UD. Ngudi Lestari. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di UD. Ngudi Lestari Desa Kalisalak, Kecamatan Kebasen, Kabupaten Banyumas, sejak tanggal 24 Februari sampai 24 Maret 2020. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan pada usaha gula kelapa cetak adalah anailisi biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, Break Even Point (BEP), R/C Ratio, dan Rentabilitas ekonomi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada periode 24 Februari sampai 24 Maret 2020, biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh UD. Ngudi Lestari dari usaha gula kelapa cetak sebesar Rp280.396.784,00, penerimaan yang diperoleh dari sebesar Rp306.439.000,00. Titik impas atau break even point (BEP) yang diperoleh dari usaha gula kelapa cetak di UD. Ngudi Lestari untuk BEP penerimaan sebesar Rp32.145.094,00, BEP produksi sebesar 1.889,72 kg, dan BEP untuk harga sebesar Rp15.553,00 per kilogram. Usaha gula kelapa cetak yang dilakukan oleh UD. Ngudi Lestari pada periode 24 Februari sampai 24 Maret 2020 layak untuk diusahakan. Nilai rentabilitas yang diperoleh sebesar 9,3 persen . |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Business feasibility Analysis of mold coconut sugar is the study that used to determine a business is feasible or not feasible to run. Analysis of business feasibility can be observed from ratio of revenue and cost. This research was did by purpose to obtain information about how many productions cost and revenue that can be reach, to obtain about the value of Break Event Point (BEP), , to obtain about the business feasibility, and to obtain about the value of economic profitability from business of mold coconut sugar at UD. Ngudi Lestari. The Method used in this research is a case study. This research was did in UD. Ngudi Lestari Kalisalak Village, District of Kebasen, Banyumas Regency, February 24 to March 24, 2020. Analysis that used to determine the feasibility of mold coconut sugar business were analysis of costs, revenues, and profits, Analysis of Break Even Point, Analysis of R/C Ratio, and Analysis of Economic Profitability. The result of data analysis shows that in period February’ 24 until March’24, costs incurred by UD. Ngudi Lestari from the mold coconut sugar business on period Februar’ 24 to March’ 24 are amounted Rp280.396.784,00, Revenues obtained from the mold coconut sugar business amounted Rp306.439.000,00.. The value of BEP that obtained from the mold coconut sugar business in UD. Ngudi Lestari for BEP of revenue are amounted Rp32.145.094,00, BEP of productions are amounted 1.889,72 kg, and BEP of price are amounted Rp15.553,00. The business of mold coconut sugar business at UD. Ngudi Lestari is feasible to cultivated. The value of economic profitability is amounted 9,3 percent. |
