| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Duku (Lansium parasiticum (Osbeck.) K.C. Sahni & Bennet.) merupakan salah satu anggota dari Famili Meliaceae. Termasuk jenis tanaman musiman hortikultura daerah tropika yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia karena memiliki rasa yang manis, daging buah tebal dan berwarna putih jernih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman duku lokal berdasarkan karakter mikromorfologi daun serta untuk mengetahui hubungan fenetic berdasarkan pada karakter mirkomorfologi daun di Purwokerto. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey dengan Purposive sampling. Parameter utama yang diamati adalah ketebalan kutikula (atas dan bawah), ketebalan epidermis (atas dan bawah), ketebalan mesofil, rasio palisade, lokasi stomata, tipe stomata, ukuran stomata (panjang dan lebar), lokasi trikomata,tipe trikomata, densitas stomata dan trikoma per 1mm2 luas area daun. Data dari karakter anatomi daun berdasarkan parameter dianalisis secara deskriptif yang menggambarkan karakteristik daun duku serta untuk mengetahui kekerabatan fenetik dianalisis dengan metode UPGMA menggunakan software MEGA 6.06. Hasil penelitian ini, keanekaragaman buah duku lokal berdasarkan ciri mikromorfologi dapat ditemukan persamaan yaitu lokasi stomata epistomatik, stomata tipe stomata anomositik, tipe trikoma kelenjar, dan lokasi trikoma abaksial dan adaaksial. Perbedaan yang ditemukan pada kerapatan stomata dan trikoma, ukuran stomata, ketebalan epidermal, kutikula, mesofil, dan rasio palisade. Hubungan fenetik didasarkan pada keanekaragaman mikromorfologi daun duku di wilayah Purwokerto sehingga ditemukan hubungan fenetik yang lebih erat antara Purwokerto Timur dan Purwokerto Utara dengan indeks dissimilaritas 0,53. Sedangkan hubungan fenetik terjauh ditemukan di lokasi Purwokerto Utara dan Purwokerto Timur dengan indeks disimilaritas terbesar sebesar 0,73. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Duku (Lansium parasiticum (Osbeck.) K.C. Sahni & Bennet.) is a member of the Meliaceae Family. The type of tropical horticultural includes seasonal plants favored by Indonesians because they have a sweet taste, thick flesh, and clear white color. This research aimed to determine the diversity of local duku based on leaf micromorphological characteristics and determine the phenetic relationship based on leaf micromorphological characteristics. The research method was survey by using purposive sampling. The data was observed in this research were cuticle thickness (upper and below), epidermis thickness (upper and below), mesophyll thickness, palisade ratio, stomata position, stomata type, stomata size (length and width), trichomes position, trichomes type, density stomata and trichomes per 1mm2 of leaf area as main parameters. The data were analyzed descriptively describing the characteristics of local duku leaves based on the phenetic relationship with the UPGMA method using the MEGA 6.06 software. The results of this research showed that, the diversity of local duku based on micromorphological characteristics can be found similarities, namely the epistomatic stomata position, the anomocytic stomata type, the glandular trichomes, and the abaxial and adaxial trichome position. The differences which founded in density stomata and trichome, stomata size, epidermis thickness, cuticle thickness, mesophyll thickness, and palisade ratio. The phenetic relationship based on the micromorphological diversity of local duku leaves in the Purwokerto area that the closer phenetic relationship was found between East Purwokerto and North Purwokerto with a dissimilarity index of 0.53. The farthest phenetic relationship was found in the location of North Purwokerto and East Purwokerto with the largest dissimilarity index of 0.73. |
