| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Studi ilmiah yang membahas pengaruh ekstrak herbal terhadap profil darah ikan air tawar telah banyak dilakukan sehingga menarik untuk dikaji ulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan ekstrak daun mengkudu,ekstrak daun bandotan, ekstrak daun kersen dan ekstrak daun pegagan terhadap profil darah (kadar hematokrit, kadar hemoglobin, jumlah eritrosit) ikan air tawar dengan meta analisis. Metode yang digunakan yaitu telaah pustaka menggunakan meta analisis. Hasil meta analisis kadar hemoglobin ikan air tawar yang diberi ekstrak herbal pooled mean difference sebesar 0,14 (95% CI -0.24 - 0.52) dengan nilai p>0.05 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara grup ekstrak herbal dan kontrol. Hasil meta analisis kadar hematokrit ikan air tawar yang diberi ekstrak herbal pooled mean difference sebesar 0,36 (95% CI -0.75-1.47) dengan nilai p>0.05 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara grup ekstrak herbal dan kontrol. Hasil meta analisis jumlah eritrosit ikan air tawar yang diberi ekstrak herbal pooled mean difference sebesar 0,06 (95% CI 0.01-0.11) dengan nilai p<0.05 artinya terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara grup ekstrak herbal dan kontrol, dan jumlah eritrosit cenderung lebih tinggi 0,06 pada grup ekstrak herbal dibandingkan dengan grup kontrol. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Scientific studies that discuss the effect of herbal extracts on the blood profile of freshwater fish have been conducted, so it is interesting to be reviewed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of noni leaf extract, bandotan leaf extract, cherry leaf extract and gotu kola leaf extract on blood profiles (hematocrit levels, hemoglobin levels, erythrocyte count) of freshwater fish by meta analysis. The method used is a literature review using meta-analysis. The results of meta-analysis of hemoglobin levels in freshwater fish given pooled herbal extracts mean a difference of 0.14 (95% CI -0.24 - 0.52) with a value of p> 0.05, meaning that there is no relationship between the herbal extract group and the control. The results of meta-analysis of freshwater fish hematocrit levels which were given pooled herbal extract mean a difference of 0.36 (95% CI -0.75-1.47) with a value of p> 0.05, meaning that there is no relationship between the herbal extract group and the control. The results of the meta-analysis of the number of freshwater fish erythrocytes given pooled herbal extract, the mean difference was 0.06 (95% CI 0.01-0.11) with a p value <0.05, meaning that there was a relationship between the herbal extract group and the control, and the number of Erythrocytes tended to be 0.06 higher in the herbal extract group compared to the control group. |
