| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemulihan layanan terhadap word of mouth dan loyalitas konsumen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah menggunakan jasa Yo Tours and Travel di Tasikmalaya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 106 responden. Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pemulihan layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap word of mouth, (2) Pemulihan layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (3) Word of mouth berpengaruh positif berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, (4) Pemulihan layanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan mediasi word of mouth. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of service recovery on word of mouth and consumer loyalty. The population used in this study are consumers who have used the services of Yo Tours and Travel in Tasikmalaya. The number of samples in this study were 106 respondents. The sample selection method in this study using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of data processed using SPSS, it shows that: (1) Service recovery has a positive effect on word of mouth, (2) Service recovery has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, (3) Word of mouth has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, (4) ) Service recovery towards consumer loyalty with word of mouth as mediation.
