| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Konsentrasi Sari kurma dalam NaCl Fisiologis Terhadap Motilitias dan Viabilitas Sperma Ikan Koi (Cyprinus carpio) Setelah Penyimpanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi larutan sari kurma yang berbeda dalam NaCl fisiologis terhadapt motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa ikan koi (Cyprinus carpio) setelah penyimpanan. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sperma dari induk ikan koi jantan yang berukuran ± 700 gram. Indukan koi tersebut diperoleh dari pembudidaya ikan di Desa Beji. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa konsentrasi sari kurma yang berbeda dalam NaCl. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah P1 (penambahan sari kurma 0%), P2 (penambahan sari kurma 0,5%), P3 (penambahan sari kurma 1%), P4 (penambahan sari kurma 1,5 %). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% menggunakan analisis variansi (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan penambahan sari kurma 0%, 0,5%, 1%, dan 1,5% memberikan pengaruh tidak berbeda nyata terhadap motilitas dan viabilitas (P>0,05). | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this research is the effect of concentration of date palm juice in NaCl on motiliy and viability of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) sperm after storage. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of concentration of date palm juice in NaCl on motiliy and viability of koi fish (Cyprinus carpio) sperm after storage. The object that used in this research are sperm from koi fish with bodyweight ±700 gr. The koi fish were cultured by farmer in Beji, Banyumas. This study uses a complete randomized design method with 4 treatments and 3 replication. The treatment that given is different palm juice concentration in NaCl. The treatment was P1 (addition of 0 % palm juice), P2 (addition of 0,5 % palm juice) P3 (addition of 1% palm juice), P4 (addition of 1,5 % palm juice). The obtained data is analyzed statistically at a 95% confidence level using analysis of varience (ANOVA). The results showed that the treatment of palm juice addition 0 %, 0,5 %, 1 %, and 1,5 % gave no significant effect on motility and viability (P> 0,05).
