| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan sistem informasi akademik (e-SIA), kesenjangan serta memberi rekomendasi perbaikan layanan terhadap layanan yang dianggap lemah. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu e-Government, elektronic government service quality (e-GovQual) dengan 4 (empat) dimensi yaitu efficiency, trust, reliability dan citizen support. Pengambilan sampel dengan proportionate stratified random sampling terhadap mahasiswa program Sarjana Unsoed dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 391 responden menggunakan kuisioner tertutup (close-ended questions) dengan rating scale 1-5. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS Versi 20 melalui uji T dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja e-SIA memperoleh penilaian Baik yaitu sebesar 3,84, sedangkan kualitas e-SIA memperoleh penilaian Sedang dengan gap sebesar -0,60. Berdasarkan analisis IPA diperoleh bahwa seluruh atribut pada dimensi Kepercayaan (Trust) berada pada kuadran B dan seluruh dimensi Dukungan Petugas (Citizen Support) berada pada kuadran C; sedangkan dimensi Efisiensi (Efficiency) dan Keandalan (Reliability) menyebar pada kuadran A, B, C dan D. Perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan yaitu pada kuadran A terkait Halaman e-SIA dapat di akses dengan cepat dan perlu meningkatkan kinerja petugas serta sarana pendukung e-SIA. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT Research using quantitative methods aims to determine the quality of academic information system services (e-SIA), gaps, and provide recommendations for service improvements to services that are considered weak. The theory used in this research is e-Government, electronic government service quality (e-GovQual) with 4 (four) dimensions, namely efficiency, trust, reliability, and citizen support. Sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling to students of the Unsoed undergraduate program with a total sample size of 391 respondents using a closed questionnaire (close-ended questions) with a rating scale of 1-5. Data processing was performed using SPSS Version 20 through the T and Importance Performance Analysis(IPA). The results showed that the e-SIA performance obtained a Good rating of 3.84, while the e-SIA quality received a moderate rating with a gap of -0.60. Based on the IPA analysis, it is found that all attributes in the dimension of trust (Trust) are in the B quadrant and all dimensions of Support Officer (Citizen Support) is in the C quadrant; while the Efficiency dimension (Efficiency) and Reliability (Reliability) spreads in quadrants A, B, C and D. Improvements that need to be done are in the associated quadrant A The e-SIA page can be accessed quickly and needs to improve the performance of officers and e-SIA supporting facilities. |
