| Judul Artikel | UJI POTENSI BAKTERI ENDOFIT AKAR PADI TERHADAP PENEKANAN PENYAKIT KRESEK PADI DAN BUSUK HITAM KUBIS SECARA IN PLANTA |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Screen House Desa Kalicupak Lor, Kecamatan Kalibagor, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Juli 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Perlakuan yang dicoba untuk tanaman padi : (1) PB0 : Kontrol (tanpa bakteri endofit + Xoo), (2) PB1: Bakteri endofit 1 + Xoo, (3) PB2 : Bakteri endofit 2 + Xoo, (4) PB3 : Bakteri endofit 3 + Xoo. Perlakuan untuk tanaman kubis yaitu : (1) KB0 : Kontrol (tanpa bakteri endofit + Xcc), (2) KB1 : Bakteri endofit 1 + Xcc, (3) KB2 : Bakteri endofit 2 + Xcc , (4) KB3 : Bakteri endofit 3 + Xcc. Variabel yang diamati meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit dan variabel pertumbuhan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan padi, bobot segar tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman. Data dianalisis dengan uji F, apabila ada perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Berdasarkan analisis, bakteri endofit berpotensi dalam mengendalikan penyakit kresek/HDB pada padi dan busuk hitam pada kubis. Perlakuan bakteri endofit 2 (PB2/KB2) bakteri endofit 2 (PB2/KB2) dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman padi dan kubis. Pada tanaman padi dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar tanaman dan bobot kering tanaman. Aplikasi bakteri endofit 2 pada tanaman kubis dapat meningkatkan bobot segar dan bobot kering tanaman. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was conducted at the Screen House of Kalicupak Lor Village, Kalibagor District, Banyumas Regency and the Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University from January to July 2020. The design used in the study was a Complete Randomized Block Design (RCBD). The treatments tested for rice were: (1) PB0: Control (without endophytic bacteria + Xoo), (2) PB1: Endophytic bacteria 1 + Xoo, (3) PB2: Endophytic bacteria 2 + Xoo, (4) PB3: Endophytic bacteria 3 + Xoo. The treatments for cabbage were: (1) KB0: Control (without endophytic bacteria + Xcc), (2) KB1: endophytic bacteria 1 + Xcc, (3) KB2: endophytic bacteria 2 + Xcc, (4) KB3: endophytic bacteria 3 + Xcc. The variables observed included incubation period, disease intensity and growth variables including plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, plant fresh weight and plant dry weight. The data were analyzed by using the F test, if there is a difference, then proceed with the least significant difference (LSD) at an error level of 5%. Based on the analysis, endophytic bacteria have the potential to control “kresek” disease in rice and black rot in cabbage. Treatment of endophytic bacteria 2 (PB2/KB2) can increase the growth of rice and cabbage plants. Application of endophytic bacteria 2 in rice can increase plant height, number of leaves, plant fresh weight and plant dry weight. Application of endophytic bacteria 2 in cabbage can increase the fresh weight and dry weight of the plant. |
