| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas hukum standar kompetensi Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) dalam upaya peningkatan program Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Banyumas dan mengetahui kontribusi efektivitas hukum standar kompetensi Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) terhadap peningkatan program Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan fokus pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DPPKBP3A) Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas dengan responden sebanyak 41 (empat puluh satu) Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode kuisioner, dokumenter dan studi kepustakaan. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara coding, editing, dan tabulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas hukum standar kompetensi Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) dalam upaya peningkatan program Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian terhadap 3 indikator meliputi efektifnya standar kompetensi teknis Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana, efektifnya kompetensi manajerial Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana, efektifnya kompetensi sosial kultural Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana. Efektivitas hukum standar kompetensi Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) cenderung memberikan kontribusi secara positif terhadap upaya peningkatan program Keluarga Berencana. |

Inggris) | This study aims to determine the legal effectiveness of the Family Planning Extension (PKB) competency standards in an effort to improve the Family Planning program in Banyumas and to determine the contribution of the legal effectiveness of the Family Planning Extension (PKB) competency standards to the improvement of the family planning program in Banyumas. This study uses quantitative research methods with a sociological juridical approach, and descriptive research specifications. The location of this research is in Banyumas with a focus on the Office of Population Control and Family Planning, Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKBP3A) Banyumas Regency Government with 41 (fourty one) family planning counselors as respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling method. The data used include primary data and secondary data obtained by questionnaire methods, documentaries and literature study. Data processing is done by coding, editing, and tabulating data. The results showed that the legal effectiveness of Family Planning Extension (PKB) competency standards in the effort to improve the family planning program in Banyumas was effective. This is evidenced by the results of research on 3 indicators covering the effectiveness of the family planning counselor technical competence standards, the effective managerial competence of the family planning instructor, the effectiveness of the family planning instructor's social and cultural competence. The legal effectiveness of the Family Planning Extension (PKB) competency standards tends to make a positive contribution to efforts to improve the family planning program. |
