| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi perlindungan hukum perawat ners terhadap risiko kerja dalam pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto dan faktor yang cenderung berpengaruh terhadap implementasi perlindungan hukum perawat ners terhadap risiko kerja dalam pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan spesifikasi penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto dengan responden sebanyak 23 (dua puluh tiga) orang perawat ners. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling. Jenis sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, studi dokumenter dan kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan teknik coding, editing, dan tabulasi serta analisis dengan distribusi frekuensi analisis, tabel silang analisis, analisis isi dan analisis perbandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat implementasi perlindungan hukum peraawat ners terhadap risiko kerja dalam pelayanan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menggunakan 7 (tujuh) indikator meliputi efektifnya perlindungan atas risiko tertularnya penyakit, efektifnya perlindungan atas beban kerja, efektifnya perlindungan atas risiko tekanan dari pekerjaan atau pasien atau mitra kerja, efektifnya perlindungan atas risiko kelebihan tugas dan wewenang, efektifnya perlindungan mendapatkan jaminan sosial, efektifnya perlindungan atas risiko tuntutan pengaduan dari pihak pasien, efektifnya jaminan hidup normal. Faktor-faktor yang cenderung mempengaruhi implementasi perlindungan hukum perawat ners terhadap risiko kerja dalam pelayanan keperawatan meliputi faktor kedisiplinan, fasilitas dan intensitas kerja. |

Inggris) | This research aims to determine the implementation of legal protection for nurses ‘ners against work risks in nursing services at Wijayakusuma Hospital in Purwokerto and the factors that tend to influence the implementation of legal protection for nurses ‘ners against work risks in nursing services at Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital. This research using a quantitative method with a sociological juridical approach and specific descriptive research. This research is located at Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital with 23 (twenty three) nurse respondents. The research sample was taken using a simple random sampling method. Types of data sources include primary and secondary data that were obtained using questionnaires, documentaries, and literature. The collected data were processed using coding, editing, and tabulation techniques then analyzed with frequency distribution analysis, cross-table analysis, content analysis, and comparison analysis. The results showed that the level of implementation of legal protection for nurses ‘ners against work risks in nursing services at Wijayakusuma Purwokerto Hospital was effective. This is evidenced by the results of research on 7 (seven) indicators including effective protection against the risk of contracting disease, effective protection for workloads, effective protection against the risk of pressure from work or patients or work partners, effective protection against the risk of overwork and authority, effective guarantee of getting social services, effective protection at the risk of complaints from the patient, effective the guarantee of a normal life. Factors that tend to influence the implementation of legal protection for nurses against work risks in nursing services include discipline, facilities, and work intensity. |
