| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dengan menyesuaikan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2016 tentang Desa telah dikeluarkan Permendesa Nomor 4 Tahun 2015. Tujuan pembentukan BUMDes diantaranya adalah untuk pengelolaan potensi desa, meningkatkan usaha ekonomi masyarakat dan meningkatkan PADes. Namun, BUMDes juga didirikan dengan orientasi profit, sehingga sering terjadi benturan antara peningkatan kesejahteraan dengan kepentingan keuntungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi kebijakan tersebut pada BUMDes Silatri Indah milik Desa Beran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan implementasi dari kebijakan BUMDes Silatri Indah di Desa Beran telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena memberikan kontribusi sesuai dengan tujuan pendiriannya baik itu mempercepat pembangunan desa, meningkatkan usaha ekonomi masyarakat desa serta mengelola potensi desa. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementor sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan kebijakan, adanya kelompok kepentingan yang turut berpartisipasi serta mendukung berjalannya BUMDes, pemahaman tujuan adanya BUMDes dari implementor cukup baik, namun sumberdaya manusia masih kurang, kurangnya akses permodalan, serta sulitnya memberikan pengertian mengenai BUMDes pada masyarakat. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | In the management of the BUMDes by adjusting the law No. 6 in year of 2014 about Village been made a Permendesa No. 4 in year of 2015. The goal of the BUMDes formation some are for the management of the potential village, increase the economic effort of society and enhance the PADes. However, BUMDes were also established with the profit oriented, so there is often a collision between the increased welfare with benefits. The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the factors that support and inhibit the implementation regulation of BUMDes in BUMDes Silatri Indah Desa Beran. The results of this research showed that the implementation of BUMDes Silatri Indah in Beran Village was suitable with the expectation because it gave the contribution based on the purpose established, increasing the economic business of village society, and also managing the village potentials. It be concluded that the implementor is in accordance with the needs of the policy, the existence of an interest group that participates and supports the running of BUMDes, the understanding of the purpose of BUMDes from the implementor is quite good, but human resources are still lacking, lack of access to capital, and the difficulty of providing an understanding of BUMDes in Public.
