| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan pajak, sanksi perpajakan, penerapan sistem e-samsat terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Tasikmalaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang terdaftar di kantor Samsat Kota Tasikmalaya yang dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling, sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengetahuan pajak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan WPKB; (2) Sanksi perpajakan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan WPKB; (3) Penerapan sistem e-Samsat berpengaruh positif terhadap kepatuhan WPKB; (4) Variabel pengetahuan pajak memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan dibandingkan variabel lain yang ada di penelitian ini terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Tasikmalaya. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study is aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and the application of the e-Samsat system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the City of Tasikmalaya. The population in this study are motor vehicle taxpayer registered in the city of tasikmalaya. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The final sample obtained was 100 respondents. Data collection method is done through a questionnaire using data analysis in the form of Multiple Regression Analysis on the SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that: (1) tax knowledge has a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance; (2) tax sanction have a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance; (3) the application of the e-samsat system e has a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance; (4) taxknowledge has the most dominant influence over other variables in this study on the taxpayer compliance of motor vehicles in Tasikmalaya City. |
