| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, suku bunga, tenaga kerja, dan kurs terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan di Indonesia pada tahun 2000 - 2019. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif ,yaitu metode yang menganalisis karakteristik suatu variabel yang nilai-nilainya dinyatakan dalam bentuk numerikal. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, Kementerian Perindustrian, dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan model Ordinary Least Square (OLS) pengolahan data mengunakan software eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi, suku bunga, tenaga kerja, dan kurs rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan di Indonesia periode 2000 hingga 2019. Inflasi dan kurs rupiah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan di Indonesia periode 2000 - 2019. Tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan di Indonesia periode 2000 - 2019. Suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan di Indonesia periode 2000 - 2019. Karena suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan, diharapkan Bank Indonesia selaku lembaga yang berwenang mengatur kebijakan moneter menetapkan suku bunga yang stabil agar investor mau menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia. Kedua tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap investasi sektor industri pengolahan di Indonesia periode 2000 hingga 2019. Dengan demikian, diharapkan pemerintah mampu meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja Indonesia lebih terdidik dan terampil melalui pelatihan agar dapat meningkatkan investasi. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, interest rates, labor, and exchange rates on investment in the manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia in 2000 - 2019. This type of research uses quantitative methods and data sources used are secondary data or obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, central bank of Indonesia, Ministry of Industry, Investment Coordinating Board. The data used in this paper is data from 2000-2018 which includes the variables used in this paper. The results showed that inflation, interest rates, labor, and the exchange rate have a significant effect on investment in the manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia from 2000-2019. Inflation and exchange rate have a negative and not significant effect on investment in the manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia from 2000 - 2019. Labor have a positive and significant effect on investment in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia for the period 2000 - 2019. Interest rates have a negative and significant effect on investment in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia in the period 2000 – 2019. The implication of this study is that the first interest rate has a negative and significant effect on investment in the manufacturing industry sector in Indonesia from 2000 - 2019. Thus, it is hoped that Indonesian banks will always be the institutions authorized to regulate fiscal policy to set stable interest rates so that investors will invest in Indonesia. Second, the workforce has a positive and significant effect on investment in the manufacturing sector in Indonesia from 2000 - 2019. Thus, it is hoped that the government will be able to improve the quality of the Indonesian workforce more educated and skilled through training centers in order to increase investment. |
