| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan: 1) Mengetahui dosis pupuk kotoran ayam terhadap sifat fisik ultisol, 2) Mengetahui dosis kapur dolomit terhadap sifat fisik ultisol 3) Mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan kapur dolomit terhadap sifat fisik ultisol, pertumbuhan dan hasil caisim. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2020 sampai dengan Mei 2020 di screen house Fakultas Pertanian di Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman serta analisis tanah dilakukan di ICBB Bogor. Percobaan dirancang dengan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama pupuk kandang ayam 5 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha dan 15 ton/ha. Faktor kedua kapur dolomit 2,2 ton/ha, 3,3 ton/ha dan 4,4 ton/ha. Variabel yang diamati meliputi berat jenis isi (BJI), berat jenis partikel (BJP), Porositas, Tinggi tanaman (cm), Luas daun (cm2), bobot tajuk segar (g), bobot tajuk kering (g),bobot segar akar (g), dan kandungan klorofil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: 1). Pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan kapur dolomit mampu memperbaiki sifat fisik ultisol, seperti berat jenis isi (BJI) yaitu pada perlakuan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam 15 ton/ha sebesar 1,08 g/cm3, dapat menaikan porositas tanah pada perlakuan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam 15 ton/ha sebesar 49,61%, namun belum mampu menurunkan berat jenis partikel (BJP) 2). Pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran ayam 15 ton/ha berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot kering tajuk, luas daun, dan kandungan klorofil pada pertumbuhan dan hasil caisim. 3). Kombinasi dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan kapur dolomit tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap sifat fisik ultisol untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil caisim |

Inggris) | The research aims: 1) Knowing dosage of chicken manure on physical properties of ultisols, 2) Knowing dose of dolomite on physical properties of ultisols 3) Knowing effect interaction of chicken manure and dolomite doses on physical properties of ultisols, growth and yield of caisim. The research was carried out from February 2020 to May 2020 at screen house Faculty of Agriculture at Agronomy and Horticulture Laboratory, Jenderal Soedirman University and soil analysis out at ICBB Bogor. The experiment was designed with complete randomized block design with 2 factors. First factor is chicken manure 5 tons/ha, 10 tons/ha and 15 tons/ha. Second factor is dolomite 2.2 tons/ha, 3.3 tons/ha and 4.4 tons/ha. Variables observed included density of contents, particle density, porosity, plant height, leaf area, fresh shoot weight, dry shoot weight, root fresh weight, and chlorophyll content. The results showed: 1) Effect of giving doses of chicken manure and dolomite lime was able to improve the physical properties of ultisols, such as density content, namely the treatment of chicken manure doses of 15 tons/ha of 1.08 g/cm3, it can increase soil porosity in dung treatment chicken 15 tons/ha amounting to 49.61%, but not able to reduce particle density 2) Effect of giving a dose of 15 tons/ha of chicken manure has a significant effect on crown dry weight, leaf area, and chlorophyll content on growth and yield of caisim. 3) Dose combination of chicken manure and dolomite did not significantly affect physical properties of ultisols for growth and yield of caisim. |
