| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perputaran Total Aset, Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor properti dan real estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Total asset turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The Purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Total asset turnover, Capital Structure, Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value. The population in this research is the property and real estate sector in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The numbers of samples in this study are 30 companies. Determination of sample is using purposive sampling method. Based on the result research and data analysis using panel data regression analysis shows that, (1) Total asset turnover had positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) Capital structure had negative and no significant on firm value, (3) Profitability has positive and no significant on firm value, (4) Liquidity had negative and no significant on firm value |
