| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian identifikasi struktur dan persaingan industri komponen otomotif di Indonesia dengan judul “Analisis Struktur Pasar dan Tingkat Persaingan Industri Komponen Otomotif Indonesia Tahun 2016-2018 Menggunakan Metode Panzar-Rosse”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi struktur dan tingkat persaingan dalam industri komponen otomotif di Indonesia tahun 2016, 2017, dan 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan non struktural yaitu Panzar-Rosse. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode Panzar-Rosse menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil Uji Wald dengan nilai probabilitas 0,2365 lebih besar dari 0,05 yang berarti secara statistik model Panzar-Rosse berada pada keseimbangan jangka panjang, (2) Nilai H-statistik untuk periode 2016-2018 perusahaan industri komponen otomotif Indonesia adalah sebesar -1,897 (-∞<H<0) yang berarti struktur pasar industri komponen otomotif Indonesia berada pada persaingan oligopoli, (3) Tingkat persaingan industri komponen otomotif yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016, 2017 dan 2018 mengalami perubahan di tiap tahunnya. Implikasi dari kesimpulan di atas yaitu untuk mengawasi persaingan usaha di Indonesia, pemerintah telah membentuk satu lembaga independen yaitu Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha yang disingkat dengan KPPU diharapkan dampak negatif dari oligopoli dapat dihindari. KPPU adalah sebuah lembaga independen di Indonesia yang dibentuk untuk memenuhi amanat Undang-Undang no. 5 tahun 1999 tentang larangan praktek monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat. Untuk mendorong pertumbuhan industri komponen otomotif dalam negeri, pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Perindustrian menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 34 Tahun 2015 sebagai revisi atas Peraturan Nomor 59 Tahun 2010 tentang Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat atau lebih dan Industri Sepeda Motor. Poin utama dari aturan baru tersebut adalah untuk mengurangi penggunaan komponen impor oleh pelaku industri otomotif dalam negeri. |

Inggris) | This research is a research to identify the structure and competition of the automotive component industry in Indonesia with the title "Analysis of Market Structure and Competition Level of the Indonesian Automotive Components Industry 2016-2018 Using the Panzar-Rosse Method". The purpose of this research is to determine the structure and level of competition for the automotive component industry in Indonesia in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The research method used is a non-structural approach, namely Panzar-Rosse. Based on the results of research and data analysis using the Panzar-Rosse method, it shows that: (1) The results of the Wald test with a probability value of 0.2365 is greater than 0.05, which means statistically the Panzar-Rosse model is in the long-term equilibrium model, (2) ) The H-statistic value of the Indonesian automotive component industry companies for the period 2016-2018 is -1,897 (-∞ <H <0) which means that the market structure of the Indonesian automotive component industry is in oligopoly competition. , (3) The level of competition for the automotive component industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016, 2017 and 2018 has changed every year. The implication of the conclusion is that to monitor business competition in Indonesia, the government has established an independent institution, namely the Business Competition Supervisory Commission abbreviated as KPPU, and it is hoped that the negative impact of oligopoly can be avoided. KPPU is an independent institution in Indonesia that was formed to fulfill the mandate of Law no. 5 of 1999 concerning the prohibition of monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. To encourage the growth of the domestic automotive component industry, Indonesian government through the Ministry of Industry issued Ministerial Regulation Number 34 of 2015 as a revision of Regulation Number 59 of 2010 concerning the Four or more Wheeled Motorized Vehicle Industry and the Motorcycle Industry. The main point of the new regulation is to reduce the use of imported components by domestic automotive industry players.
