| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih kurang optimalnya dalam pelayanan pendidikannya yang diberikan oleh SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto, dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa pelayanan yang diberikan dan diterima siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar khususnya menyangkut sektor pendidikan yang menjadi sorotan karena kualitas kelulusannya belum sesuai harapan jika dilihat dari total rata-rata Ujian Nasional Tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Campbell berdasarkan 5 dimensi Efektivitas Pelayanan Pendidikan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 117 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel efektivitas pelayanan pendidikan terhadap kualitas kelulusan siswa di SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto dengan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara efektivitas pelayanan pendidikan terhadap kualitas kelulusan siswa. |

Inggris) | This research is motivated by the lack of optimal education services provided by SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto, considering the services provided and received by students in the teaching and learning process, especially those relating to the field of education, are in the spotlight because of the quality of graduation. not as expected when viewed from the total average. average National Examination for the 2018/2019 academic year. The research method used in this research is quantitative correlation with a total sample of 117 respondents. Sampling was done using simple random sampling technique. The results of statistical analysis show that there is a significant influence between the variables of the effectiveness of educational services on the quality of student graduation at SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto with simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive influence between the effectiveness of educational services on the quality of student graduation. |
