| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendapatkan perlakuan air kelapa yang diperkaya B. substilis B1 yang paling baik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman caisin. (2) Mendapatkan perlakuan air kelapa yang diperkaya B. substilis B1 yang paling baik dalam meningkatkan hasil tanaman caisin. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto Utara, Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai bulan Januari hingga bulan Februari 2020. Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mulai bulan Januari hingga bulan Februari 2020. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 8 macam perlakuan (0 ml, 50 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 100 ml air kelapa + 1 m. B. substilis B1, 150 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 200 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 250 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 300 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1dan 350 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1) dan 4 ulangan setiap perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pemberian air kelapa yang diperkaya B. substilis B1 berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman. Pemberian 50 ml air kelapa + 1 ml B. substilis B1 menghasilkan tanaman paling tinggi; 2) pemberian air kelapa yang diperkaya B. substilis B1 berpengaruh terhadap bobot kering tanaman, bobot basah akar, dan bobot kering akar, tetapi tidak lebih baik dari P0 (kontrol). | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is aimed to: (1) obtain the best combination between coconut water and B. Substilis B1 in increasing caisin growth. (2) obtain the best combination between coconut water and B. Substilis in increasing caisin production. The research was held from January until February 2020 in the Screen House of Faculty of Agriculture of Jenderal Soedirman University in Karangwangkal of Purwokerto Utara. The Laboratory of Plant Protection, The Laboratory of Agronomy and Holticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The randomized completely block design was used in this research with 8 treatments (0 ml, 50 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 100 ml coconut water + 1 m. B. substilis B1, 150 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 200 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 250 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. substilis B1, 300 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. substilis B1dan 350 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. substilis B1) and 4 replications for each treatment. The results showed that: 1) application of coconut water with B. Substilis B1 has significant effect on the plant height. Application 50 ml coconut water + 1 ml B. Substilis B1 produced the tallest plant; 2) application of coconut water with B. Substilis B1 has significant effect on the dry plant weight, wet root weight and dry root weight, but not better than P0 (control).
