| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel ini membahas mengenai model dinamik konsentrasi urea pada proses cuci darah. Proses cuci darah dengan memerhatikan konsentrasi ureanya dimodelkan dengan sistem persamaan diferensial yang menggambarkan dinamika konsentrasi urea di tiga kompartemen: dua kompartemen di hati (kompartemen ekstraseluler dan kompartemen intraseluler) dan satu di mesin cuci darah. Penyelesaian model dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menentukan titik ekuilibrium serta menganalisis kestabilan titik ekuilibrium dan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode matriks. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This paper discusses a dynamic model of urea concentration in the dialysis process. The process of dialysis by observing its urea concentration is modeled by a system of differential equations that illustrates the dynamics of urea concentration in three compartments: two compartments in the liver (extracellular compartment and intracellular compartment) and one in the dialysis machine. The completion of the model is done qualitatively by determining the equilibrium and analyzing the stability of the equilibrium and quantitatively by using matrices method. |
