| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Kegiatan usaha ternak sapi perah akan baik bila dilakukan secara berkelompok. Adanya kelompok membuat peternak dapat menghasilkan susu yang berkualitas yang berdasarkan kemampuan proses belajar para anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kelompok sebagai wadah belajar, unit produksi dan unit usaha dalam menghasilkan susu yang berkualitas ditinjau dari waktu reduktase dan nilai pH. Materi yang digunakan adalah susu sapi perah milik kelompok peternak dan sasaran penelitian adalah anggota kelompok peternak sapi perah di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode yang digunakan sebagai penentuan wilayah adalah metode purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel kelompok dan responden dilakukan dengan metode sensus, peternak yang berada di Kecamatan Kretek, Kecamatan Kalikajar, Kecamatan Selomerto, dan Kecamatan Kejajar. Total responden yang digunakan sebanyak 30 orang peternak. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif dan Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran kelompok sebagai unit produksi memiliki kategori yang tinggi (60%), kategori sedang terjadi pada peran kelompok sebagai wadah belajar (50%) dan peran kelompok sebagai unit usaha berkategori rendah (80%). Kualitas susu yang dihasilkan memiliki kategori yang sangat baik pada waktu reduktaase dengan rata-rata waktu reduksi sembilan jam dan nilai pH memiliki kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata nilai pH 6.7. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara peran kelompok sebagai unit produksi dengan kualitas susu yang dihasilkan oleh peternak sapi perah (0.71), hubungan yang cukup kuat antara peran kelompok sebagai wadah belajar (0.53) dan unit usaha (0.42) dengan kualitas susu yang dihasilkan peternak sapi perah. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Dairy cattle business activities will be good if done in groups. The existence of a group allows the farmer to produce quality milk based on the learning process of the members. This study aims to determine the role of groups as learning containers, production units and business units in producing quality milk in terms of reductase time and pH value. The material used is dairy cow's milk belonging to farmer groups and the research targets are members of the dairy farmers group in Wonosobo Regency. The method used to determine the area is purposive sampling method. The determination of group samples and respondents was carried out using the census method, breeders who were in Kretek District, Kalikajar District, Selomerto District and Kejajar District. The total number of respondents used was 30 breeders. The analysis used is Descriptive Analysis and Rank Spearman Correlation. The results showed that the role of the group as a production unit was in a high category (60%), the category was occurring in the group's role as a learning platform (50%) and the group's role as a business unit in the low category (80%). The quality of the milk produced was in a very good category at the reductaase time with an average reduction time of nine hours and the pH value was in a fairly good category with an average pH value of 6.7. There is a strong relationship between the role of the group as a production unit and the quality of milk produced by dairy farmers (0.71), a strong relationship between the role of the group as a learning platform (0.53) and business units (0.42) and the quality of milk produced by dairy farmers. |
