| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pendidikan inklusi di Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu pelayanan pendidikan untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (USBN) wajib diikuti oleh semua siswa termasuk ABK. Banyak siswa usia sekolah yang berkatagori ABK namun belum menerima pelayanan khusus sesuai kebutuhannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi program Ujian Sekolah Berstandar Nasional (USBN) bagi ABK di SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah 01 Purwokerto dan SDN 1 Tanjung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan USBN ini di SD Al Irsyad Al Islamiyah 01 Purwokerto dan SDN 1 Tanjung diperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi faktor pendukung. Faktor pendukung diperoleh dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Banyumas dan Sekolah Dasar sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan ujian untuk ABK secara maksimal. Kekurangan SDM dari Guru Pembimbing Khusus (GPK) untuk mendampingi ABK, sosialisasi yang dilakukan Dinas Pendidikan masih kurang, dan waktu pengerjaan ujian masih disamakan dengan anak reguler lainnya merupakan faktor penghambat dalam USBN. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The inclusive education in Banyumas District is one of the education services for special needs children. The National Standard School Exam must be followed by all students including special needs childern. There are many special needs children but have not received special service according to their needs. The purpose of this research is to describe and explain the factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the National Standard School Exam Program for special needs children in SD AL Irsyad Al Islamiyah 01 Purwokerto and SDN 1 Tanjung. The result of this research showed that the implementation of National Standard School Exam in SD Al Irysad AL Islamiyah 01 Purwokerto and SDN 1 Tanjung, there were factors that influence the supporting factors. The supporting factor was from Departement of Education in Banyumas Regency and elementary school for provide examination for special needs childern. The lack of human resources from special assitant to accompany special needs children, the lack of socialization from Departement of Education, and the time test was too short like reguler children. |
