| Judul Artikel | HUBUNGAN ASUPAN KARBOHIDRAT, LINGKAR PINGGANG, DAN DURASI TIDUR DENGAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH PUASA PADA PEGAWAI REKTORAT UNIVERSITAS JENDERAL SOEDIRMAN |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Kadar glukosa darah puasa yang meningkat melebihi batas normal (hiperglikemia) dan tidak terkontrol dapat mengakibatkan gangguan makrovaskular dan mikrovaskular serta menimbulkan penyakit DM Tipe 2. Peningkatan kadar glukosa darah puasa dipengaruhi oleh asupan karbohidrat, lingkar pinggang, dan durasi tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan karbohidrat, lingkar pinggang, dan durasi tidur dengan kadar glukosa darah puasa pada pegawai rektorat Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metodologi: Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan metode crossectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 79 pegawai rektorat Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data asupan karbohidrat diukur menggunakan metode food recall 1x24 jam selama 2 hari, lingkar pinggang dengan pengukuran antropometri, durasi tidur dengan kuesioner, serta kadar glukosa darah puasa diukur dan dianalisis di laboratorium kesehatan Kabupaten Banyumas. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman rank. Hasil Penelitian: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan karbohidrat dengan kadar glukosa darah puasa (p= 0,875; p>0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkar pinggang dengan kadar glukosa darah puasa (p= 0,118; p>0,05). Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara durasi tidur dengan kadar glukosa darah puasa (p= 0,389; p>0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat, lingkar pinggang, durasi tidur dengan kadar glukosa darah puasa. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background. Increased and uncontrolled fasting blood glucose levels can caused macrovascular and microvascular disorders and DM Type 2. Increased fasting blood glucose levels are affected by carbohydrates intake, waist circumference, and sleep duration. This study aim to determine correlation between carbohydrates intake, waist circumference, and sleep duration on fasting blood glucose levels of head official employee Jenderal Soedirman University. Method. This study used descriptive analytic with crossectional method. As many as 79 head official employee Jenderal Soedirman University were selected as samples using total sampling method. Carbohydrates intake were measured using 1 x 24 hour food recall method in 2 different days, waist circumference were measured using anthropometric measurements, sleep duration were measured using questionnaires, and fasting blood glucose levels were analyzed in Banyumas medical laboratorium contained in secondary data. Data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation test. Result. There was no association between carbohydrates intake and fasting blood glucose levels (p= 0,875; p>0,05). There was no association between waist circumference and fasting blood glucose levels (p= 0,118; p>0,05). There was no association between sleep duration and fasting blood levels (p=0,389; p<0,05). Conclusions. There was no association between carbohydrates intake, waist circumference, and sleep duration and fasting blood glucose levels. Keyword.
