| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon ini mempunyai perbedaan keuntungan yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, lama usaha, jenis produk, dan modal usaha terhadap pendapatan pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon dan jumlah sempel sebanyak 40 pengepul rongsok. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Hasil penelitian Menunjukan bahwa secara bersama- sama variabel tingkat pendidikan, lama usaha, dan modal usaha berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keuntungan pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon. Secara parsial variabel pendidikan, lama usaha, dan modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keuntungan pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon. Sementara itu, variabel jenis produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keuntungan pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon.Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya meningkatkan pendidikan yang tinggi untuk pengepul rongsok dan pemerintah harus membuat kebijakan berupa pendampingan atau penyuluhan agar para pengepul rongsok di Kota Cirebon agar tetap menjalankan usaha walaupun keadaan perekonomian sedang pasang surut. Selain itu, lembaga keuangan bank maupun non bank dapat memberikan pinjaman modal dengan suku bunga yang rendah agar pengepul rongsok dapat menjalankan usahanya dengan baik dan meningkatkan keuntungannya. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT The Rongsok's fitting in Cirebon city has a considerable difference in profit. This research aims to analyse the influence of education, length of effort, product type, and business capital to the income of Rongsok in Cirebon City. This method of research is descriptive analytic and its implementation using surveying techniques. The population of this study was all the Rongsok's in Cirebon city and the total number of 40 Rongsok presses. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The results of the study together the variable level of education, the length of effort, and the business capital positively and significantly affect the profits of the Rongsok in the city of Cirebon. Partial educational variables, length of effort, and business capital are positive and significant towards the profit of the Rongsok in Cirebon city. Meanwhile, the product type Varaibel is positively influential and insignificant in the advantage of the Rongsok presses in the city of Cirebon. The implications of this research are the need to increase high education for the Rongsok and government should make a policy of mentoring or counseling so that the Rongsok leaders in Cirebon City to keep running business although economic state is retroactive. In addition, both Bank and non-bank financial institutions can provide capital loans with low interest rates so that the Rongsok can carry out their business well and increase their profits.
